There was a delay from the supplier which a representative from Banyo rang me straight away. I chased it up after a month and although there was no update from the supplier Banyo contacted the supplier directly and the fire arrived a few days later.

Ordered a Franke sink. Good price, good communications from very helpful and friendly staff, then quick delivery. No problems.

Brilliant customer service.
I needed a bath quick as the one I was looking at was not in stock but yasser from the customer service team went above and beyond to source me a alternative of the same brand. The bath arrived quickly with no issues.

Not unpacked the cooker hood yet but can’t fault the customer service, had a call on the morning of delivery which turned up exactly on time!! Outstanding in this day and age, will look to use this company again

I ordered a gas fire online from Nexus Showroom/Banyo at a very competitive price. Delivery took a little longer than was first expected. I was very impressed that a Banyo team member 'phoned me to let me know of the expected delay and asked whether I was willing to keep my order and wait, which I did. However, there were further delays from Banyo's supplier and, to their credit, Banyo were on the case. I spoke to a very polite and helpful employee, Yasser. He explained the situation causing the delay, contacted the supplier and got back to me, as promised. Yasser put a bit of pressure on the supplier for me and my delivery arrived before the expected date. He phoned me on that day too to check I was happy. Fantastic! Yasser and his colleagues are a credit to Banyo.

Amazing customer service especially from Yasser who went out of his way to help me with my order. Then he kindly went out of his way to help me organise a return as I ordered the wrong item. Would not hesitate to use Banyo again. Communication has been a consistent and whole experience a pleasure. Thank you Banyo but most importantly, thank you Yasser!

The best customer service I have received for a long time

I was looking to replace a Drugasar wall heater. Banyo gave me a good price and support in choosing the correct model as our old unit was discontinued. I ordered late Friday afternoon and and took delivery of the new unit the following Wednesday morning. Great service and support thank you.

Yasser whom I had the opportunity to deal with was very helpful in discussing available options when it turned out my original order was out of stock. My revised order arrived promptly

When I ordered a part for my gas fire I was informed immediately the may be a 4 week delay from supplier. The delay was only a couple of weeks in the end and I was informed of delivery and very happy, thanks to Yasser for keeping me updated.

Had a couple of issues with my order, first with part of the order missing and then the item sent from the manufacturer had some fittings missing. I never judge a company by their mistakes as these things happen, but how well they deal with them. In my case Yaser went above and beyond the call of duty to get the correct parts out to me in a timely fashion and avoided what could have been a costly problem

Good all-round service throughout, however the delivery date was messed up by the courier I expect and not Banyo.

Messaged and rang Banyo to check delivery date for an item needed urgently. They quickly checked timing with their supplier and reassured me they could supply in 2-3 days. Helpful man on the phone said he would tell his team to look out for my online order and process it straight away. He also rang to tell me when the item was shipped. Excellent customer service. I needed an unusual sized bath (650 wide) and found one of the very few available (Bette) on Banyo. I phoned to make sure it could be delivered quickly. I dealt with Yasser. He was really helpful and friendly and communicated with me by phone and email very professionally. Bath was delivered on time without a hitch. Good price too. Id definitely buy again from Banyo
