Barnes and Partners were very responsive and cooperated with chasing buyers solicitors. Our conveyancing process had added complications, what with it being a family trust, but they carefully managed it throughout, carrying out full due diligence. We reached completion very quickly to all of my families satisfaction.

We cannot recommend Lauren at Barnes & Partners Solicitors highly enough. She was absolutely amazing throughout what was, at times, a very stressful house-buying process.

Lauren dealt with us through one failed sale and then, thankfully, a second successful purchase, and she was fantastic from start to finish. Her communication was second to none — she was always incredibly prompt in responding to us, took action quickly, and consistently chased the other side whenever things were taking too long. She would often even respond to us outside of office hours with updates as soon as she received them, simply so that we didn’t have to wait until the following day. We never felt like we had to constantly chase for updates ourselves, which made such a huge difference during what was already a stressful process.

Having worked in the property industry myself and dealt with a lot of different solicitors over the years, I can honestly say that Lauren is the best solicitor I have ever come across. Her efficiency, communication, knowledge and genuine commitment to getting things moving really set her apart. She went above and beyond throughout both transactions, and her proactive approach was genuinely refreshing.

We also want to mention Ross, who was equally fantastic whenever we dealt with him. He was incredibly effective, helpful and prompt with his assistance, and it was clear that we were in very capable hands throughout.

Lauren really is a credit to Barnes & Partners. The world needs more Laurens! We are so grateful for everything she did to get us over the line and into our new home. We would recommend her and the team without hesitation.

i needed my will redrafting. I simply walked in while passing, was introduced to Danish (Ali) and less than a week later had my new will. The process was very smooth, Danish made an excellent job of explaining each step. The charge for the work was very moderate. I would recommend this firm, and Danish in particular, to anyone thinking of making a will.
