Sales staff were very thorough and professional.

I'd suggest Group 1 Ford Basingstoke to a friend because non pushy sales representative and really fair priced cars.

Experience was smooth, location isn't far away, the sales team were supportive for all questions, they made wonder around and check all vehicles, answered all my questions. I think it will not be my last Audi.

Their hospitality and knowledge gives credit to the sales that takes place. Going the extra mile in explanation of the vehicle and very helpful.

Great experience buying a used car through Group 1 Ford

The dealership is neat and clean, with comfortable seating etc. for waiting. We were received with hospitality and the salesperson was very patient and helpful. The whole process was a pleasant experience.

The staff at Group 1 Assured Kings Lynn were good because when I enquired about a vehicle I saw on their website they sent me a personalised video tour of it and answered any questions I had about it in a very prompt and professional manner.
When I arrived at the showroom, I was shown the vehicle and offered to go for a test drive on my own in it.
As the service light was on, they offered to do the service the same day so I wouldn't have to come back to collect another day.

Fantastic service from all involved and would highly recommend.

Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. My first time experience with Audi Chelmsford was very satisfying.

Overall, I had a positive experience with Stansted Audi. I’d especially like to thank Kem, who was genuinely friendly, helpful, and made the process of buying my car smooth and enjoyable. There was a scuff on the rear bumper when I first viewed the vehicle, but Kem made sure it was sorted for me before collection, which I really appreciated.

That said, I do have a couple of small grumbles. I was told the car would come with a full tank of fuel, but it didn’t—which wasn’t the end of the world, but still a bit frustrating. More importantly, although the scuff was dealt with, once I got the car home and saw it in different lighting, I noticed a number of fine scratches down the side of the car. Unfortunately, because I paid extra for a ceramic coating, I now can’t polish these out without damaging the finish. The same goes for some light staining on the interior carpets that are now sealed under the interior protection.

These issues aside, I’m still really pleased with the car overall and grateful to Kem for his attentive service.

The experience at Mercedes Benz of Peterborough was great because i have had such a terrible time trying to find a car over the past couple of months and been let down by various garages. I had a certain budget and was only willing to borrow money for a car i could absolutely trust and rely on. I was recommended by friends that getting an approved used would be the best option. My partner emailed Rob Clegg in Mercedes Peterborough about a vehicle we saw online that was held at bury st edmunds branch. Rob was brilliant from start to finish. There was no pressure like you normally receive from a garage just felt easy, hassle free, and comfortable. I wanted Rob to deal with the tramsaction from start to finish so he arranged for the car to be delivered. His customer service was brilliant and mainly again because he was great at selling me the vehicle being informative but not forceful and thats exactly what i wanted. He was honest and has gone out of his way to ensure i have a spectacular car. He made me feel i could trust mercedes and has always been timely with emails and queries i had. Whilst things can be more expensive through Mercedes im happy to pay for the service and goods i have received as the experience so far has been brilliant. I feel i will now be a lifetime customer. Thankyou.

Richard and Jags did a great job with the pre and post sales experience. I wish they could’ve delivered the car to my place, but overall, I’d highly recommend Watford Audi!
