Hatfield Audi were great because we met Ashlee our salesman he was so helpful and found us the car that we bought we weren’t intending to buy that day we just wanted to sit in an Audi Q5 when we described the car we wanted he managed to find one that had just come in the day before it had everything we wanted Ashleigh negotiated with us and the team and then we bought our car

The staff at Group 1 Assured Norwich Central were amazing because I previously had a nightmare dealing with another trader and they went above and beyond to make sure those experience was entirely different. It wasn't plain sailing but how it was handled was exceptional! On the test drive the clutch pedal stuck down a couple of times and as I was desperate for a vehicle due to my previous purchase elsewhere (still ongoing) I needed a vehicle there and then. They offered for me to get the repair sorted somewhere locally to me for convenience and invoice them the repair bill without even needing to go through the warranty company. Conor was incredible to deal with throughout, and many thanks to the rest of the team that I dealt with when Conor was on annual leave. Well done guys! Showing how exactly this industry should operate! 🙏

I was pleased with Finchley Road Audi and would recommend them because Adam was excellent! Very helpful, quick and easy.

The salesman who served me was very professional, friendly and very helpful throughout. I got all the paperwork finished without wasting time. The salesman understood my urgence of wanting the car and the Mercedes benz was serviced, cleaned and was looking like brand new. It was done without delay.
