I submitted a Trip Cancellation claim with Robin Assist on December 8, 2025 (Claim #57001) on behalf of my Battleface policy, and I did receive the initial confirmation email acknowledging receipt. However, since then, I have not received any additional communication, updates, or requests for information, and the claim does not appear to have been actively acknowledged beyond that first notice.
This is actually my first time ever needing to file a travel insurance claim, so Iâm unfamiliar with the process and timelines. I just want to make sure everything is moving forward appropriately and that no additional documentation or action is needed from me.
I truly appreciate the work Robin Assist does and understand claims take time to review. Iâm simply hoping for a status update or confirmation of next steps soon. Thank you in advance for your attention and supportâI look forward to hearing back.

I am currently have a family visit in UK. I had a trip to Spain with them in Nov and needed to buy travel insurance. Over 65yr travel policyâŠ
It was easy to deal with the contact centre, but not always easy to understand the young man. Spoke with a lovely lady called Sue, who was very helpful. Followed up our conversation with email instructions, so i knew exactly what to do next. Explained why we could not purchase an annual policy with the 90 day extension, due to an age change halfway through.
