Pleasantly surprised
Pleasantly surprised! Hadn't heard of this website before, but was desperate for a product it seems is being discontinued, and I could no longer find it anywhere. Glad to have found it on Beautycos, and even more so, when it arrived, it was a genuine product, in perfect condition, and it arrived earlier than expected! Really really happy with the product, the price and the service. Would 1000% order again!!

Disappointing quality on arrival due to packing/delivery method.
My product arrived as swiftly as expected, however the condition was disappointing. The mousse blusher was crumbled rather than flat, as it should be. Maybe, better packaging would have corrected this.

I am happy that we got to talk with you on e-mail.
As I could see on the picture you sent nothing was wrong with the product. Since it is a cream blush it will move a bit around during transport and not be completely flat.
On october 24th you said you would contact us if you experiences any dryness from the product. We have not heard back from you since, and we assume everything is fine with the product.

I placed and order recently and there were some technical issues with the emails (no fault of anyone from what I can tell). I got in touch with the company and they’ve been excellent in responding to my emails so quickly. Excellent service and great value on the order.

WARNING!!! Do not order anything from this website. Thay sold me a faulty curling iron and refused to replace it blaming me of breaking it. Horrible customer service!!

We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our customer service.
Looking into the case I can see the curling iron has lost a screw.
The part that has lost a screw is used every time you use the curling iron, and it is not uncommon that it will get looser over time and usage, and you will need to tighten it yourself.
We asked if you still had the screw which you say you don't. After having contact with our supplier we unfortunately cannot offer a new screw to fix it.
We are sorry that we have not been able to find a solution you were satisfied with.

Concerned when asked for feedback before the products arrived. Made me worry they were lost.
Had not appreciated the curl lotion was a small 60ml travel size. I made an assumption on cost comparison with my hair dressers costs that it was a full tube, therefore not value for money for me

The e-mail you received regarding feedback is automatically sent after a specific amount of days after an order has been completed. We have set the amount of days so it should be delivered after the order has been succesfully delivered, and unfortunately this does not take into account if there are any delays in the delivery of the order or look into if the order has been delivered yet. We are sorry for the concern it caused you and I have forwarded this to our maneger so they can look into if the amount of days should be later.
I can see the order has been succesfully delivered to you the day after you contact us.
If there is any concern or questions we are always more than happy to help.
We always do our best to be transparent about our customers will receive when they place an order, and the amount of ml is always included on our website, if the product is in ml. Price-wise we always try to offer the most affordable prices and have weekly sales.
