I’m not one for writing reviews but.. this product came very quickly just when I needed it I had a major operation on my ankle and foot so was unable to touch the floor. This footstool on wheels was absolutely ideal and a major help for me to get around the house because of the adjust height, I could use it as a footstool while I was sitting down but also I could use it as a crutch so I could get around the house, sounds simple but as made a massive difference for me while in recovery. Great product, works great. Looks great and fast delivery. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👍🏻

Jessie the customer care assistant i dealt with was absolutely brilliant!! went that extra half mile to help me after the courier dropped me a box short on a flat pack steel shed, can't fault her in any way, always quick to respond to my emails and get it sorted for me, great service, we'll done.

Ordered a sofa real happy with it they have great customer service and all staff are real helpfull delivery was fast and got tracking so could track all the progress

Fabulous communication and assistance from Jessie. The riser recliner was just perfect for my mum and much more modern than some of the others we had seen. Great quality and great value.

I ordered bar stools that arrived quickly, loved them, great quality. One of them wasn’t right, I contacted DHF and Jessie was amazing, I sent a video in to be assessed. Things go wrong from time to time but how Jessie dealt with it was fantastic. A new set was sent out straight away which arrived again quickly and was perfect. We now have an extra bar stool and are so happy with them. I would highly recommend DHF for their quality, price and customer service. We will definitely be ordering our next lot of furniture from them. 5 star service

I made an error in my on line order, which I realised the following day. I e-mailed Direct Home Furniture who promptly replied sympathetically and efficiently, and through a simple and very user friendly process happily amended my order within a day. The tone of their correspondence was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout.

Only part of order delivered a week ago. Company have responded but just keep telling me to wait. How difficult can it be to liaise with the courier company and resolve who is at fault and provide a date or even send out a replacement.

After a few e mails the matter has now been resolved. Whilst the issue may be with the courier and not the company it could have been dealt with a bit more promptly.

Great service I bought an oil filled radiator which after a while went off I send an email to DHF and had a lovely response from Naomi Richardson, this lady is so kind and nothing was a problem she sorted a refund out for me, I cannot thank her and DHF enough for there fantastic service.

Oh I love my new chair it look amazing and oh boy is so comfy thank you 😍

I've ordered a few things from Direct Home Furniture and have never been disappointed a) with the price b) with the quality and c) with the delivery.

Very happy with my experience with the company and the help I received from everyone who gave me the help I needed,will definitely use again while shopping.

Could do with a little work on the delivery service don't speak and just dropped sofa in living room when I had a baby in my hands couldn't move to put him down but apart from great service

Was very happy with the service that I received. I had brought a cage for my indoor rabbit . It was just what I needed . My rabbit loves it . It was good quality. Good for the prize I paid . Would really recommend them to my family and friends.

I ordered a rollator unfortunately they had the wrong address I've tried to chase it up and get a refund despite sending numerous emails ive had no acknowledgements communication isn't there strong point..
