When you advertise something you should stick to it. Customer service 101. I wasn’t due for a purchase but received an email for a 25% off Black Friday sale with two bonus supplements. When I checked out after my purchase I noticed two things, 1. The products in my cart were priced higher than they were less than 30 days earlier (I can only assume to protect the profit of the company after giving a 25% discount) and 2. That the free supplements offered were not in my order. I reluctantly decided to purchase anyway even though I didn’t agreed with jacking up the price to give a discount because of the free supplement promo. I reached out to customer service to raise my concern that the products weren’t in my cart and was told that they would be added in shipping and that they couldn’t tell me what they were because it was a surprise. I received my order and the surprise gift was that there was no surprise supplements. Zip. Zero. Nada. When I reached out to address this issue I was told that they ran out and that it could be added to a future purchase if I wanted. At that point I was so angry I boring up the elevated prices and the fact that I brought up the fact that the items weren’t in my cart and asked why I wasn’t told at that time they weren’t going to be in my order let alone that I would have to make an additional purchase to receive the items that were advertised. I feel that loyalty is one of my blessings and my curses. What I mean by that is I have found much better companies with much better prices and better customer service but was willing to stay with Behemoth Labz. Buyer beware.

The first time I ordered L-Carnitine all went well. I used my bank, Credit Card.
The second time, they offered 2 Free items - a T-shirt and a mixer bottle. When payment did not go through, they sent an email saying the charge was up $20 from the original, and not free, but free shipping.
~The second time I reordered, I tried to get 2 bottles and they asked me to order with Venmo or Zelle. I had a Venmo, but Venmo said no one was there with the payment name they provided.
I waited several days for a response.
It's been a cat-and-mouse game.
xxx I give up now. I hope I can find another vendor this affordable because the product was great for fat reduction, energy at the gym, and recovery. Wowza!!

I paid my order and say they financial support does not find my payment while I made on the payment account, more than $ 300 paid for nothing, a scammer gang

TL/DR version:
After some ordering issues, company didn’t send $170 order until I posted a review here.
I placed a second orderand had considerable issues, after a successful order the first time.
This second order, I accidentally clicked the Bitcoin option but followed up with the company requesting to pay by Zelle. I received a response that it wasn’t a problem and I made the Zelle payment. I sent the confirmation to their customer service. What followed was a month of back and forth and their various customer service people telling me they couldn’t locate my payment.
Only after writing a negative review here did I get any action out of them, which was disappointing. They shipped my order immediately.
Lesson learned?: just cancel the order if you choose the wrong payment method?

As far as the peptides, I think they work and I’ve noticed changes in body composition and muscle growth. I tried the BPC combo, the Tesamorelin and the Sermorelin combo. Tesa is expensive for the amount of dosages. Sermorelin, you get a lot of bang for your buck and I would buy that again.

They didn't even contact me.
After many mails I got an answer that they can't see the transaction,although I shared the actual transaction link....

Now they contact me again,saying they made an error and can't ship to my country.
Ok,happens.
I asked for a refund,should be a couple of minutes,right? Especially since it's their mistake.

Now they are saying there is a "refund procedure" and that it might take "a little time" and that I should "keep an eye out for updates".

So yes,if you were wondering,it is a scam.
Only a scam operates like that,only a scam provide this answers.

Great product the BPC-157 inhaler. Now that I want to reorder they are out of stock with no indication when my order will be filled. Don't like the deception. Tried to order the BPC-157-TB-500 combo inhaler, same thing.
They need to give their customers an indication when they can expect their products. Paid with bitcoin which was a real hoot. Welcome to 21st century commerce.

Just ordered product, they use snail mail usps, I would gladly for for any shipping but this is my option, fail..

Ordered a product and it was delivered and unopened. I reached out and asked if I could return due to me not needing the product. The support person said “sorry no returns” I then mentioned I wish you would’ve put that somewhere so it was conspicuous which they don’t. They then replied “now you know for next time”. After jumping through hoops to pay them in a shady fashion, terrible customer service. I won’t shop here again and advise you do the same.

I have had many orders with them. No issues at all. My lab rats have had all the best results for any of the research products. Will keep using

All the staff that have helped me with an issue I created have been very specific and lightning fast in their responses. I’m sure at times they felt like I was a child and they were holding my hand but this was my best customer service experience I’ve had in my life in the past 3 years,easily! These are the type of people that I would want to hire to work for me. It’s clear they are very knowledgeable and they take pride in their work and it shows!

I received the product, [Order #BH4730] but the only indication of what it was, is the label: T3 Liothyronine Sodium.
But it is a liquid and Liothyronine Sodium is a salt.
No list of ingredients.
It has to be dissolved in a solvent. Which one?

They do not answer their phone the times that I called them.

What kind of "research" do they expect you to do, starting with an unknown ingredient?

Liothyronine Sodium will partially dissolve in water.
It will dissolve in DMSO, methanol and ethanol. There is a problem with one of those.
What am I working with?

Update: BEHEMOTHLABZ asked for the order number some time ago. I responded the same day. Did they respond to me after they had the order number? NO. Maybe they do not know what is in their product...

Placed an order on December 16th 2023 it is now January 18th 2024 and I still haven’t received my order. I have emailed the support line multiple times and they have stopped responding to me. I have been a faithful customer to this company for over 3 years now and am extremely unimpressed with how they are handling this.

Never sent my product after 60 days still waiting for a refund. Absolute scam.Keep promising they will send but nothing. Checked other sites and found out too late that they are scammers.

Still waiting on my order, no reply to my email .

It’s been almost 2 months since I placed my order and it still has not even been handed over to a courier yet, and at this point, I don’t think it ever will. I have asked for a refund but there’s been no answer on that…
