The whole mess was a disaster from the start and I still don't have my product!!

100% Scam
Chose to pay with Zelle because they had a 4.5% fee on credit cards. The instructions for Zelle was to send the money to the support email and send them a screenshot. After I did that, they say "Oh, sorry our zelle account is actually linked to a different email". Of course Zelle payments cannot be reversed and I lost my money. Went back and forth with them on email and they would not help. Just keep asking me to cancel the payment, which cannot be done.

I was skeptical at first with the online order and payment process (but I understand why it is the way it is). The delivery was fast and the product was exactly as presented. I am only a week into use but I can already tell a difference.

Products came separately. One was out of stock so it came a little later. But the order was quick and accurate.

They do respond to emails fairly quickly but did have a hard time processing my zelle payment. The information provided on the dashboard wasn’t accurate. With that being said they did get me my order eventually.

stop telling that you offer paypal payment . it not thrue we [ the customer ] have to do it for you . and i no why you not provide it becose it will cost you fee froom paypal .

I would recommend these products to anyone, customer service was top notch and really professional. Looking to use them more in the future.

Ordered a bottle of S4 on the 18th and checked the mail box today and I received it I was super bummed because I used Bitcoin and thought I got scammed cause nobody would respond to me but I am very very pleased great company W Behemoth

BEWARE
tl;dr:
I got sent an biocontaminated product. Infections an abscesses formed in all injection locations. BehemothLabz/PureRawz (same thing) are currently unwilling to refund.

How did I find this out? Undertaking some In-vivo (self) research, after 5 separate uses of the product, 5 separate infections were noticed with 5 abscesses which will all need medically drained to go away. This ‘lab rat’ is no stranger to subcutaneous injection hygiene protocol, with a history of successful ‘research’ without these effects.
Contacting Behemothlabz/Purerawz (same thing) customer service has so far had no success, a chain of ‘thank you we’ll get back to you’ emails has occurred with no real action. I even got reminded that their products are “for research purposes only”, which is a null point when the product is contaminated. It cannot be used for in vivo or in vitro research, regardless of how that information was discovered.

DO NOT ORDER ANY INJECTABLES FROM PURERAWZ/BEHEMOTHLABZ

inb4 “sorry you had this experience please contact our customer support blah blah” reply. You know where our email thread is if you wish to fix this.

EDIT: The reply here claims they’re not the same company or linked together. If that were true:

A: I wouldn’t be receiving marketing emails from BOTH Purerawz and Behemothlabz after a single purchase from Purerawz

B: I wouldn’t have received an email titled “bad review” offering a refund. If you’re interested, the refund has not happened, been waiting over 2 weeks since giving my PayPal details.

The product is always great. I got only 58 pills instead of 60. I realize this was most likely auto filled by a device, I shared this with the company and they offered me 15% my next order, I get emails on a regular basis offering better discounts. Didn’t seem too helpful to correct a problem that was with the product I received.
