Excellent service
I ordered, from New Zealand, two beautiful arrangements for my mothers funeral. There were special instructions involved and Belles promptly phoned me to clarify details. Arrangements were delivered on time and follow up service was excellent. I would highly recommend Belles Fleurs.

Christmas Bouquets
Ordered flowers for friends and both were thrilled with the bouquets that they received. Very reasonably priced. Will certainly continue to use Belles Fleurs and highly recommend.

As per the email I sent on the 23rd of December I was very disappointed with the bouquet that was delivered even though I had ordered it for collection as it was nothing like the picture on the website. I did get a response to my email but think that if a customer cannot be provided with what they have ordered well in advance they should be informed so they can decide to go elsewhere if they want to.

Thank you so much for leaving your review - & sorry for the delay in replying. I apologise for your delivery experience. We were rather busy in the lead up to Christmas and unfortunately it appears that your order was sent for delviery by mistake :( sincere apologies on that issue.
As for the bouquet not being like what you ordered online - this is highly unusual so we'll look into this for you and see if we can find out what happened. We get a lot of feedback about the accuracy of our images once customers recieve their bouquets so I'd love to know what happened here.

Flowers were delivered on time and there's a great selection to choose from and the website is easy to use. More importantly, the recipient was delighted with them.

Beautiful flowers! Still fresh and lovely after almost 2 weeks! I ordered the flowers from the other side of the world for my mom’s 92nd birthday and found the service to be very efficient and seamless.
