Beautiful Flowers, Excellent Service
There easy to use website with good descriptions of the bouquets and lovely pictures is excellent.
I chose 'The Jug of Pastel' flowers for a friend who's not well and she absolutely loved them. The cost would suit every budget - I went for the Large size and it was €48 plus €6 for delivery. I was able to add a message as well.
I got my confirmation within 2 mins and they were delivered exactly as stated.
Excellent customer care if I had needed to change anything. I have purchased from Belles Fleurs before so again I was totally satisfied with everything.
Thank you so much for the excellent product and service. I'll be back.

Minimum communication was needed. I ordered flowers in the evening day 1 and gift was delivered next morning exactly within the delivery window I had asked for!!!excellent service and flowers arrangement was just gorgeous.

I ordered the flowers for my mams…
I ordered the flowers for my mams birthday to be delivered on the Saturday.... never arrived. Got a refund on the Tuesday. I would not recommend

We're really sorry about your experience. It's extremely rare that something like this happens. The bouquet left the shop in good time but on this occasion it seems the courier was late with the delivery.
We've raised this issue with the courier and we're taking steps to ensure it won't happen again.

Ordered flowers on line recently for the firs time….. in doing so I ended up ordering two bouquets by mistake. This business rang me immediately rang me to check the order. They were more than willing to rectify my mistake and were both efficient and pleasant in doing so. I was very grateful and would certainly not hesitate to use them again in the future

My mother loved the flowers
My mother loved the flowers. She couldn’t stop talking about them. The delivery was disappointing, they didn’t call to alert my mom of the delivery. They didn’t deliver so she had to collect from the DPD deport in Ireland. Nonetheless she was happy and she showed all her friends the flowers. She was happy that her daughter in Poland sent flowers. Happy with the flowers, disappointed with the delivery
