a recent bad experience buying a simple department store voucher through benefit hub whereby benefit hub kept a 4 figure amount of money and gave no voucher or explanation has put me off using this company-USERS BEWARE, the lack of communication, providing an explanation of went wrong is something this company urgently needs to improve on.

In this day and age automated customer service chatbots, it was a pleasant surprise that BH has human representatives. And my rep was Phinaes. He was simply amazing. I have engaged him for 3-4 of my requests related to my travels. With each one he took the time to listen closely to what I wanted and executed it with precision, accuracy and speed. He also followed up via a emsil, phone call and text. After this experience I now feel so spoiled.

I unsubscribed from Benefithub over a year ago but continue to receive emails constantly. I have contacted them and on multiple occasions be told this is now resolved. Yet this month alone 4 more emails. This is a major breach of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and I will now be reporting them to the ICO.
Update 31.10.2025 the email BenefitHub are bombarding is under my name but a different provider. I have sent multiple screenshots and copies of emails to benefithub and they still say either they canât find me or I have been removed. This has all been sent to the ico as Iâm fed up of months of trying to get them to resolve this. I am also aware I am not the only person experiencing this.

BenefitHub just pushed out a survey which I took. It was clearly political and should NEVER have appeared in a work related application. Questions were all focused on the economy and phrased in such a way as to demonstrate bias. In my opinion, companies should think long and hard before utilizing BenefitHub especially if contact information is going to be used to push politics.
