A bit disappointed unclear extra costs
The bed and mattress were reduced as ex display. The sales girl seemed lovely and helpful, but was not completely upfront about the costs....the bed could be delivered ( no mention of a charge of £49 for this) but we were told the mattress, as ex display had to be collected and cant be bent? it apparently couldnt go on the lorry we found out later that we had paid for? So it then cost us to get a van to collect for us..Also, the Bensons cleaning kit (which it now seems is for a single mattress)was added as "a little extra"...it turns out that it was an extra £30 charge, so all in all we feel a little disappointed that the sale was not completely honest and clear, costing in total £110 8n extras!! Hopefully the bed will be worth it all.

Chloe was very helpful at the Andover branch of Bensons. Good advice given. Delivery was prompt and efficient and we were kept informed of the schedule.

We are repeat customers due to the high level of customer care we have received in the past and this time was equally positive.
Tara was really knowledgeable and took the time to go through all options before we decided on our ideal mattress and bed frame.
Next steps were fully explained and time frames agreed.
This is our first choice store whenever we need frames or mattresses.

Excellent service from start to finish. Chloe in store was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable about all the mattresses we tried. We opted for a British Made mattress, the quality of the product is incredible, delivery staff were excellent. Haven't slept so well for a long time.

From the moment I walked into the store until my new bed was delivered, the sales assistant (Tara), the customer service team at head office & the delivery men went above & beyond. This is definitely the smoothest purchase from start to finish that I’ve ever made. I would highly recommend Bensons for Beds & I will definitely use them again in the future.

Amazing Bensons for Beds Andover!!
Our experience with all aspects of Bensons for Beds has been excellent. The sales assistant was very helpful and provided good advice to help us choose the right mattress. Communication per delivery was great and the mattress was delivered exactly as expected. The delivery team were very friendly and chirpy for a Monday morning and also gave some good advice. We are very happy with our experience. :))
