Very friendly without being pushy. Was able to answer all of our questions and there was 25% off so got my pillows and protector free basically. Would absolutely recommend

Gave us his opinion on what is best, our different options and what he thought would be best.
We wanted one bed so he gave us the measurements, left us to go home measure up and unfortunately our first choice wouldn't fit.
We went back and he gave us more options and helped us a lot.

The personal touch.
Knowledgeable assistance with a friendly, relaxed and unhurried approach helped enormously towards choosing your company for my Purchase. Technology helps the product but social skills obtain the signature at the bottom of the page.
