We were given plenty of time to try beds but also plenty of people on hand to ask questions as needed! The right balance of being looked after but not pressured!

Very happy with the service, from placing the order through to delivery. There were plenty of updates on the status of the order and delivery was punctual. The delivery guys were polite and helpful. Very pleased with the new bed base so far (it only came yesterday).

If only all stores were as welcoming!
It was the second time that we've visited the Basildon store. On each occasion we have been welcomed by friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff. We will hopefully be returning to make a purchase very shortly. We would definitely recommend this store and the welcoming staff.
