Many emails reminding us of delivery dates etc - maybe too many?!
No problems with the actual delivery - staff were polite, tidy & arrived on the allocated time slot.

Excellent service!
As soon as my wife Su and I entered the Benson Beds store, at Cardiff Gate we were welcomed by various members of staff. Then we were approached by a lady by the name of Jo. She made us feel that we were valued potential customers. Jo went out of her way to be helpful and explained the various mattresses available to us. We made our choice and Jo completed the sale smoothly. Jo is a credit to Benson beds. We were very impressed with the manner in which she dealt with us. Thank you.

My second purchase from benson for beds and they were fantastic in store to delivering the bed. The whole experience has been 100% fantastic . My mattress is comfy and I also purchased Igel pillows which are great too.

The staff in store were very helpful. Delivery dates were arranged easily.
Staff brought the mattress at the expected time, it was put into place and the old one taken away with no problems.

Cardiff Gate branch…
Elizabeth in the Cardiff Gate branch was simply fantastic. Took the time to show us a good number of mattresses and Ottoman style beds that would work with our unique situation. Without any kind of pressure, we ordered both a new bed and mattress and it was delivered by two chaps and assembled much faster than what I could ever do and on the day promised.
