Excellent advice and outstanding product knowledge from Jo who assisted us in choosing our new mattress. No hard sell just good practical advice on which products would suit our needs. It was a pleasure throughout the process.

Manager at Cardiff took it upon herself to source a replacement wardrobe door from the manufacturer for us after head office said we couldn't get one
And then kept updating us to keep us informed

Pleased with my mattress purchase at Bensons.
The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the wide range of beds and mattresses on display in this store. I was not rushed but encouraged to take time to try out the out the various types of mattress available.
