the staff at the Castleford branch [ especially Jim] were extremely helpful as we had to change the order twice and they went to great lengths to ensure we got the correct products.

Sonya in the store was amazing
Sonya in the store was amazing, she gave brilliant advice and was even able to secure my daughters perfect bed at an unbelievable price. So pleased can’t wait to see my daughters reaction when she sees it.

Great Customer Service
An excellent company to deal with from ordering the bed to the delivery and setting up of the bed.The staff at the shop at Junction 32 Glasshoughton,near Castle ford were polite and knowledgeable without being pushy.
The 2 chaps who delivered the bed ,and installed it,and took away the old mattress were friendly and respectful.All in all a very pleasant experience.Thank you,Bensons Beds.

We where drawn to a few deals which where as we entered the store and we took further interest when the mattresses in question where sold to us through your assistant knowledge of the product.

Fantastic experience from the minute we entered the showroom.
Sonia was a pleasure to deal with, she listened to our requirements and casually talked us through our options. She was never pushy or talked sales jargon, just straightforward facts in a pleasant Yorkshire manner. She's a credit to your company!

The staff we all so lovely especially…
The staff we all so lovely especially Jane that listened to what our needs were. We wasn't rushed we were given the opportunity to try the mattresses and left to make a decision we wasn't forced or harassed. Highly recommend the Castleford store
