Bensons For Beds - Dumfries686 レビュー

I went in twice to Bensons to enquire about a bed! The member of staff I initially dealt with was very helpful with good advice especially about the mattress we eventually purchased! I went back with my husband but the member of staff I initially dealt with was not there. However we got excellent help and advice from another member of staff called Charlie who also answered all our questions and was very helpful which helped us to finally make our decision about the bed and mattress we purchased. Kristie who works in the store also helped us when it came to choosing a headboard! I came out feeling very satisfied with the helpful, friendly staff.

We found our bed and mattress shopping experience very informative. We were encouraged to take our time to try out a range of mattresses for comfort before arriving at a decision. Whilst trying there, we were given time and space without anyone watching over us as we tossed and turned which was great. It gave us a little time to talk between ourselves. We did not feel pressured into buying there and then which we liked. We enjoyed hearing personal recommendations based on the staff member’s own experiences too eg. we came away with two new pillows as a result of a recommendation

Very helpful staff. Offered great advice while giving you space to try each mattress

Amazing customer service from start to finish everything was explained and after trying out the beds and the machine we realised what mattress works for us thankyou

The sales man was helpful

Very helpful without being pushy. Gave us the information and time to reach our decision.

No hassle from sales assistant and we’re allowed to wonder around store without interruptions

Awesome, Attentive

The pleasant way in which Charlie took us through the procedure. You should treasure such an employee.

Charlie as previous chap, was very easy to talk to, gave advice but not in a pushy manner. Allowed me to lie on mattresses to test them with no pressure re time. Approachable, polite and knowledgeable.

Found that the help and time given by Charlie was excellent He is the sort of person that give you a good name

The sales person , Charlie was so very knowledgeable and very helpful.

We received good customer service. We had time to consider all the options and felt guided in the right direction.

The person serving us was very natural and didn’t give us the hard sell which can be off putting.

The only thing I would say which is negative is that the choice of wooden bed frames was limited.

Great easy no pressure knowledgable sales guy helped pick out best deal for my son

Great customer service from Charlie

A warm welcome into the store and the professional knowledgeable sales team helped guide my choice of bed frame and mattress. I felt valued and listened to in the store and time was taken to explain products and encourage me to try out the mattresses. A very positive and great experience. Thank you 😊

The staff member took his time and accommodated us. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and needed.
