Very knowledgeable and helped me decide.
They were not pushy and offered me the test to see which mattress suited me.
It was a very good experience.

My new bed experience
The experience of buying a new bed was excellent from start to finish, the man in the shop went through everything to make sure I chose the right bed for me.
The delivery drivers were excellent, on time , friendly, fitted the bed up very quickly without any mess and explained everything before leaving

Friendly, knowlegeable and helpful!
Helpful and knowlegeable staff, answering all our queries. The shop was stocked with examples of virtually every kind of bed and mattress, which we were able to try for ourselves.

Fabulous experience
We were attended to by Bev. She is not only a lovely lady, but more significantly clearly knows her stuff about beds. We were particularly impressed with the in store technology that along with Bev's expertise, helped to confirm the type of mattress we required. Bev then took her time to show us numerous different mattress. At all times we felt safe and very confident in Bev's knowledge, expertise and first class, good old fashioned and proper customer service.

New bed delivery
Apart from delivery day, and not contacting me to say that they were on their way, great service. Delivery team were friendly, helpful and courteous. Slightly earlier delivery time too. 👍🏼😀

Very easy to use , i went into the store beforehand to test mattresses in which the store employees made it very easy and comfortable to test the mattress i desired and allowed me to use a test machine which gives you different firmness ratings
