Helpful Experience
We were helped by Isobel in the Kilmarnock store. Absolutely lovely person and helped us out a lot. She is very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the ideal bed.

Good communication. Kept up to speed with delivery time. Arrived promptly and took items to where I needed. Friendly and helpful. So far, good product.

Purchased a mattress
Purchased a mattress - Fay the salesperson was amazing in helping me find the perfect one to suit my needs as having issues with pain. Got it home and unfortunately it was damaged - not an issue - the replacement was delivered by Fay and a manager from another branch that same evening and faulty one taken away. Following morning Fay called to see how everything was - no pain! Excellent customer services and after sales - won’t hesitate in recommending Bensons to family and friends and using again! Thanks Fay!

Very helpful and pleasant
The sales girl was extremely helpful in helping me choose a mattress. She made me aware of special offers and explained the different types of mattresses. Eleanor made everything so simple and easy from start to finish.

New bed and mattress
Our sales advisor was Darren, store manager. He was super helpful and helped us choose the bed and mayoress of our dreams. He applied is punts where he could to get us the best deal. Thank you.

Excellent Knowledge
The shop assistant was very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in and offered us other similar alternatives. She explained the ins and outs of our financial agreement and offered different time scales and payment options. Overall we were extremely impressed by our assistant.

Witholding customer money
Poor experience. Ordered a bed and mattress, initially friendly helpful staff..no terms and conditions seen, nothing signed. Had to change the order due to height of bed and access needs (did not know the mattress fitted inside the bed base losing vital inches). When we mentioned changing the order the attitude of stephen the sales person and Darren the manager totally changed. The first thing out his mouth in a rude aggressive tone was "well theres a 20% cancellation charge" this was not explained at the time of purchase. Please do not be fooled by initial 'great customer service' as when things are not straight forward they become defensive and rude rather than helpful.
