The mattress came with a bad mark on it. I did get it in the sale but surely a photo of it so I could see the extent would have been good

Helpful friendly member of staff. She even carried my jacket and handbag around the showroom so I could try out the beds. That’s customer service

Great staff service
I was really grateful for the very helpful staff member, she was very thoughtful and considerate. She took her time and made sure to explain things simply and easily. She also made sure not to overload me with options.

Was approached straight way by the lovely Christian. Christian ask me all the relevant questions that's she need to know for a mattress she should me 3 relevant mattresses all were great choices would highly recommend going into the killmarnock shop in the future

The young man we dealt with (I don't have his name to hand) was very helpful. He gave us options on delivery dates, which was good as we were needing a speedy delivery. As it was we also had a range of colours to choose from too!

Went in with my mother in law as we thought she had overpaid for a mattress and bed base. The manager was most helpful and he helped us get a better deal for a bed. His service was first class. My mother in law left with £500 back in her pocket plus a bed with headboard and drawers that she initially wanted. He definitely went over and above with his customer service.

The mattress experience
Your employee was very attentive, listened to our needs and guided us towards several products that would fit said needs. Then he went it further detail of each product to allow us to make an informed decision. This related to mattresses, pillows and the ongoing maintenance of both. Such input persuaded to purchase another mattress and pillows for our son.

Fay,in the Kilmarnock shop was amazing,very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable ,explained process and gave us advice on the care of the mattress,will definitely be using Benson’s for our next bedroom solutions,hopefully the company will appreciate the excellent service we were given.
