The service was fantastic very friendly sales assistants but the slumberland mattress had a very strong musty smell it was replaced but repacement also had a musty smell but not as bad as first one.

One of the bases to bed broken.
One of the bases to bed, one the bits of wood split due to delivery team throwing the bases up the concrete stairs and dragging across the floor. They didn’t care about the items whatsoever. Now i have to wait another three weeks for the replacement due to them breaking my items.

The sales guy didn't pounce on us as soon as we enter the shop. He stayed his distance until we wanted help. He knew his stuff and took his time with us and explained everything we needed to know.

Staff were excellent
Staff were excellent on two visits. Friendly, informative and helpful on beds and offers. Showroom in Lincoln had just what I was looking for. Delivery was flexible which suited as property under renovation.

Fully satisfied great bed
Just received my Hensby side draw bed. Easy to put together , side drawers slid on casters really well. Looks good and very comfy with Premier Inn Mattress. The salesman in Lincoln store spent ages with me making sure I got the bed I wanted. First class.
Only downside is we ordered it on Aug 3rd paid for it and then told delivery was Oct 8 th.
It was in the sale, so 10 weeks delivery why.
