They where very helpful in the shop, and went through all the options when buying the bed.

Fantastic service from instore advice to delivery the service was second to none. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Bought a mattress from the store in Northwich and the customer service is great! Brandon was good and he let us test out all the mattresses and was helpful in us choosing the right mattress for us. The mattress is great for us and wasn’t too costly! Love it after months of horrible nights of sleep can finally be well rested

We visited the Northwich store. Sarah was lovely and helped us to work out exactly what type of mattress we needed. She gave us plenty of time to try all options out - very helpful! Just waiting for our new bed to be delivered now.

Part 2 : Impressively, they have failed to delivery the missing item on the second attempt. The call centre team continues to demonstrate poor customer care, remaining completely unbothered and unhelpful.

Once again, I find myself chasing this business for a resolution after spending over 3k. CS reps refuse to provide any support at all if they have to deviate from their process or script.

At this point, I would actively and loudly discourage anyone from utilising this company, as they are cowboys.

We purchased a King Divan today from Bensons for Beds in Northwich, Cheshire. The Sales Assistant was Lewis who was friendly, professional, and very helpful with our selection. If we need an additional bed in the future, we would not hesitate in visiting the store again.

Young man who helped us was amazing … knew everything about your stock, price, and where it was. Excellent service.

The bed is amazing but we had to wait a long time for delivery. We ordered in December and delivered in April. The guys who built it were great and they did it within an hour but they did rip the wallpaper behind the headboard and never said anything. I didn’t notice until they had left.

Our 2 delivery driver's were very friendly and helpful leaving no mess after they had finished.

Everything very good, from the helpful staff in store, the ease of using the online service to change the delivery slot, and the delivery crew themselves.
All communication was excellent, and as described at the point of ordering. We were kept updated on the delivery day, and I enjoyed tracking the vehicle around Cheshire!

The delivery was in the allotted time slot. The delivery men were polite, chatty and very careful when bringing the bed upstairs. The bed was wrapped up and protected very well. Faultless.
Only gripe is £50 for removal of old bed was a bit steep. Sorted that myself

We had brilliant service from start to finish, with great advice and recommendations from the assistant manager, helping us to buy exactly what we needed.

Very good service. Delivered at time specified. Bed quickly put where required and assembled quickly and efficiently. All packaging taken away.

The lady in the Northwich shop went out of her way to be helpful.

The whole process was informative, efficient, timely and customer friendly. We knew exactly how choosing, ordering the the delivery the delivery was going to be handled. Our bed was delivered and installed within the timescale and nothing was too much trouble to the the sales staff and delivery team.

CONS
1 Too light mattress sold with electric ottoman divan would have rendered the bed inoperable and UNSAFE.
2 Initial bed wiring was incorrect and bed needed dismantling to correct.
3 On one occasion store staff overstretched and not able to deliver attentive service.
4 There was no label on the display bed to highlight that the mattress required needed to be a minimum weight of 35kg
5 This was not flagged up at the point of sale which indicates inadequate staff training
6 The computer system did not red flag this incompatible pairing at the point of purchase.
7 We were left for nearly three weeks with an ottoman bed in the open position while the mattress was changed

PROS
1 All store and delivery staff were polite and willing to give good service.
2 Initial delivery driver flagged up incorrectly weighted mattress.
3 Store arranged mattress swap at no extra cost for more expensive product
4 Second delivery staff rectified wiring error and left us with fully working and comfortable product.

There were serious failures in this sale which have ultimately been satisfactorily resolved.
Head office need to examine staff training and fail safe systems in the sale of electric ottoman beds.

The company was very nice and helpful with our choice of mattress and with quick delivery. Only the delivery guy argued with me over the directions to our property which wasn't very nice and spoiled the whole experience.

From buying the bed to delivery was excellent what made the purchase were the delivery men very helpful and friendly had the bed 3 nights and slept each night so very pleased all round.
