Brilliant from start to finish
Brilliant from start to finish! Service has been great. In shop, the staff there friendly and helpful and then after our purchase...kept informed throughout the whole process. Delivery was easy and the guys who delivered wore shoe coverings so not to mark my new carpet when bringing the matress in. Really good, will recommend 👌

There was a great range available and after a quick introduction, Andy left us to look around on our own. When we had some questions, he was a great help to us and helped us to identify the best option for our requirements. A great experience at a great price. Highly recommended.

Overall customer service was to a T. The sales rep explained everything in great detail. Communication excellent. The delivery drivers were spot on, very careful in my home and really funny with banter. I would definitely praise the team at Benson Beds @ Paisley Renfrewshire.
