Worst dentist ever needed emergency appointment which they was meant to send the address which never came through then a 5 minute consultation which they said my daughter needed antibiotics couldn't even fill out a prescription properly which they blamed us for they never tell you what needs to be done worst dentist i have ever seen would not recommend to anyone

Waste of time.

Not professional at all

I had a tooth extraction on a Tuesday which went well, but it got infected no ones fault but my own im sure. if i followed the instructions properly it would have healed sooner. I called smile dental a week later, they got me in the same day for an emergency appointment. I was so pleased. I want to say a big thank you to Flora and her Colleague who helped me, my pain was gone after that visit. They numbed and cleaned the area, put some clove remedy inside. prescribed me with antibiotics. im on the path to recovery. You are all doing a fantastic job. The lovely receptionists are very polite. i've always had great service. (Swindon Regent Street Branch)

Dreadful service none of the dentists know what they’re doing AVOID at all costs. I had to pay over 500 abroad for treatment on holiday as they left me in agony and infected and now I’ve had the dentist cancel my appointments

Smile dental care Twyford are a very poor nhs support dental care organisation. I registered with them over 20 years ago but because of poor health and covid related rules I was unable to make visits for over 5 years. They have automatically removed me from their nhs listing and will only treat me as private patient. Beware nhs patients, please check your listing status because you also may no longer be able to get treatment.

4th Cancellation in a row. Notice given was few hours.
My children had to come out of school 4 times and all 4 times it was a cancellation with very short notice. RIDICULOUS !!!!

emailed an enquiry and asked to be called as per their enquiry option on the website. Response was quick and swift, but no call.

Their response advised I had to call them…. 1 hour and waiting still on hold…

Called again later that day and received a quick answer, I mention I had been on hold over an hour earlier and I was dismissed with ‘how can I help again’ I asked if she was going to acknowledge what I’d said? Then the receptionist argumentatively stated that they were in fact on lunch the time I called. My response was to perhaps add that to the phone menu, in which she responded back rudely with ‘stop having a go at me, you’re being rude’
I was shocked, that’s not rude?
Anyway, I ended my quest some kind of reasonable response to my query and suggestion.

May I suggest you follow your own advice, you ask people to be polite to your staff, but they should provide that same service to customers.

I had dentures made by the Bracknell Branch. After less than two weeks they snapped in half so I took them back and they put in some wire to make them stronger and they have a crack in them again. These are the thinnest denture’s that I have ever received. So all I can say is that I would never use this company again.

I am (was) a patient for several years. Now it is the first time that I have toothache and they can't see me in the next four weeks. Useless. Should you use Nurofen for more than a month?
