This leisure centre offers a great selection of fitness activities with super facilities. It’s a fantastic facility for the local area.
We regularly attending the aqua aerobics sessions which are tremendously enjoyable with a super music selection and very enthusiastic lead instructor.
For super energy and again fun try the spinning sessions they really are very energetic workout ( but at your own pace if desired) the instructor Judy is a human dynamo with a very friendly and inclusive approach.
The gym offers a good selection of equipment and is spotlessly clean as is the swimming pool area
Everyone is so welcoming from the reception staff to the instructors
I’m so pleased I joined this centre.

Having recently retired my husband & I decided to take out a membership at this leisure centre& have been very impressed with everything about it, from the number of classes available, the variety of gym equipment and the friendly staff, We attend several of the fitness classes and swim regularly. One of my favourites is the aqua aerobics where Judy goes to great effort to keep introducing new routines / fitness work outs to keep it fresh. There are so many choices available, something for everyone!

Me and my daughter started coming to the leisure centre last year, whilst there we were asked by Judy if we'd like to join her Aqua Aerobics class and we happily agreed! We now go religiously every week and have since both joined Judy's spin classes which we also attend weekly.
We both absolutely love Judy's classes and her great taste in music and the leisure centre as a whole.
All of the staff are lovely too and its a very welcoming centre.

My son has been attending tennis sessions at Bodmin Tennis Centre for 2 years. The coaches Steve and Hayley make the sessions fun and engaging and they have inspired my son to volunteer a couple of hours a week as a tennis leader at the centre. We are lucky to have such a fantastic facility on our doorstep.

I started coming to Bodmin leisure centre to swim when I was pregnant last year, I then found out about the Aqua Aerobics class coached by Judy. And fell in love with those classes, it was a great way for me to exercise my whole body without being too much for me. Once I had my baby I started doing the spin class also coached my Judy!
Both classes are so much fun and have helped me keep moving after pregnancy, without them I'd of just sunk further into my sofa!!!
All of the staff are so friendly and helpful and I now attend the gym almost everyday and love it.
Here's to me hopefully loosing all the baby weight...and extra!!

Absolutely brilliant would highly recommend. My daughter has been going for around 3yrs now and still loves going every week not only learning steve and hayley takes them on trips/activities which she hasn't done before like surfing, bikerides, and matchplay with other groups which brings all the kids together fantastic group xxx

My son has been having tennis lessons with Steve and Hayley for the last 6 years which he absolutely loves. Inspired by his improvements I started having lessons myself. Would absolutely recommend if you are new to tennis or just want to brush up on your skills.

I've been going to bodmin tennis group for 2/3 years now. Hayley and Steve are brilliant coaches and have helped me so much with my confidence when I play tennis. Recommend coming and giving a class ago.

I’ve been going to tennis for over 2 years now and really enjoy it. It’s a lovely group and the coaches are great! My daughter has started too and loving it, she has progressed well in such a short amount of time!

I have been playing pickleball for 5 years now, in this time many clubs have started all over the country the growth of the sport has been incredible. One such club is Bodmin Leisure Centre. Hayley and Steve will guide and help you come to understand the rudiments of the game. They recently organised two tournaments, which were very successful. You will have more than fun playing this sport, you will make new friends.

The Bodmin tennis team greeted us with open arms when my wife and I decided to try Pickleball, after hearing about it form an American friend of ours.
We went along to a social group at Bodmin as complete novices some six months ago and due to the patience and enthusiasm of Haley and Steve and others in the group, we have become hooked on the game and play at every opportunity.
Apart from organising the sessions the team also do coaching and Master classes which are very helpful.

I started attending the Wednesday night pickleball class in January, and it has been an incredible journey that has truly enhanced my skills and passion for the game. Hayley has been an outstanding coach, always going the extra mile for everyone in her classes, also passing on her knowledge of the game. The masterclass with Richard Love was a delightful experience, and I can't wait to continue improving my skills while having a great time.

For the past 18 months I have been attending weekly tennis sessions designed to suit players having Parkinson's disease or other medical limitations. Coaches Steve and Hayley are friendly and supportive and go to great lengths to ensure that sessions are tailored to each participant's needs and abilities. Exercise is possibly the only, and certainly the best, means of slowing Parkinson's progression and, whilst not all exercise is fun, this form of exercise certainly is!
The indoor courts are a brilliant resource to have locally, the staff are always welcoming and I can't recommend my own experience highly enough. Thank you all.

We've been part of Bodmin Tennis Club for just over a year now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it! From day one, the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. My daughter absolutely loves her time on the court, and that’s all thanks to the incredible coaching team — Hayley and Steve.

They are outstanding — not only skilled and professional but also genuinely fun, kind, and encouraging. Their sessions strike the perfect balance between learning and enjoyment. My daughter has grown so much in confidence, technique, and love for the sport, and it's clear that Hayley and Steve are at the heart of that.

It’s a welcoming, friendly environment where kids thrive, and I feel so grateful to have found such a gem of a club. If you’re thinking of getting your child into tennis, I couldn’t recommend Bodmin Tennis Club, Hayley, and Steve more highly. They’re simply amazing! 🎾👏

When my boy first started at Bodmin Tennis, he was quite shy and found it a bit challenging as tennis was completely new to him. With the support and encouragement from Steve and Hayley, he’s built confidence, made new friends, and really started to enjoy himself.
