I really like this gym
I really like this gym. I am not the most confident person but feel very much at home here.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Facilities/equipment is very clean, good working order.
Very convenient location.

membership cards & course description
I'm looking forward to when membership cards are available & operative so that I don't have to bring my mobile to the gym.
I think the "functional fitness" course description could give more detail of the drills.

The Functional Fitness exercises can change. The exercises in each session are designed to help you train and prepare your body for daily tasks.

Should reach out to set up inductions. And should have staff on the floor of the gym not tucked away in an office.
I feel I should have been told about class charges if cancel within 4 hours- first thing I knew about it was you sending me a charge!

I apologize for any confusion regarding our cancellation policies. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and we always strive to be flexible in these situations. We take all feedback seriously, and we appreciate you bringing the matter of staff not being on the gym floor to our attention. Please know that we will do everything in our power to improve our services and ensure that our customers have the best possible experience.
If you ever need to cancel an activity, please don't hesitate to do this in the App at least 4 hours before the start time to avoid any charges. If it's due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we are always here to help and can remove the charge on your behalf.

Impeccable Induction session
Booked an induction session, mistakenly thinking a training plan would also be devised based on my ability using the gym equipment. The basis of the basic induction session is to ensure correct and safe use of the equipment. To be fair having previously been a gym member I was not unfamiliar with the equipment but wanted a refresher and asked if a plan can also be devised. Yusuf was amenable to this idea. Although I had previously been advised if I require a training plan to be created then additonal time needed to be booked and he was the only person on duty. Yusuf, however, was flexible; demonstrated the correct use of some of the equipments I was unsure of; got me to mirror what he did; we discussed and identified my goals and advised that a training programme will be created and sent to me within 3 days. Yusuf overdeliverd, I received my personal training programme within hours of completing the session. This was great as it meant I could start using the plan the next day when attending the gym. Yusuf also advised if I needed further support all I needed to do is 'ask'. This is so reassuring to know - I am not alone on this journey. Thanks Yusuf 👍🏾

The gym is not as clean as it used to…
The gym is not as clean as it used to be before the refurbishment, the floor always durty and the equipment full of dust.

I am very sorry to hear that the Gym you attend is always unclean along with the equipment. I will escalate this issue to the centre manager so this issue can be looked into and resolved. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and I am sorry to hear that this differs from the service you have received so far. We hope to improve on this. Through feedback, we identify improvement areas and provide a better service.
