Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when there’s not enough space to take shoes off, and we’ll definitely look into how we can improve that area to make it more comfortable for everyone.

We’re also truly sorry to hear that the swimming session didn’t meet your expectations. Ensuring that the kids have a positive and enjoyable experience is very important to us, and we'll review the staff's approach to make sure they are engaging with the children properly.

Regarding your son's changing experience, we completely understand how inappropriate and uncomfortable that situation must have been, and we will look into how we can make the changing areas more family-friendly to avoid such situations in the future. We are changing a lot of our changing facilities to changing villages where you can accompany your child regardless of their gender.

I am very sorry to hear that you are unable to view the display on 2 pieces of Gym equipment due to the batteries. Are you please able to clarify exactly which machines you are referring to so I can escalate this issue directly to the centre manager so this problem can be resolved?

Hi Bob,

I am sorry this issue has not been resolved since you first complained about the Skier and Rower. I have now escalated this issue to the centre manager so they can get this problem resolved in a timely manner.

I acknowledge receipt of your review and appreciate your feedback.

Please note that our centres do not have direct contact numbers. However, you may reach out to our Customer Services for assistance. Our contact number can be found at the bottom of our website page under the "Contact Us" section. I regret to learn about the limited Junior Gym sessions at the Highbury Leisure Centre. Please be informed that all activities are managed directly at each leisure facility. I will ensure that your feedback and concerns are brought to the attention of the centre manager. The manager will then review the Junior timetable to explore the possibility of adding more sessions.
