The receptionist was very helpful and sorted out my membership change. Sadly this could not be done on-line as your system didn’t offer me the appropriate options.

Our local leisure centre is great for us for swimming, gym & badminton and also special events. It is a pleasant place to be, booking is easy on the app and staff at the centre have been super helpful and friendly.

Just doesn't work
Signed up for membership. Couldn't log in due to my email address being linked to two accounts (one I'd used previously to book individual activities and the other for the new membership). A window popped up saying an email had been sent to reset my password, but despite repeated attempts no email came. Emailed the help centre, no response in three days, so I've now cancelled my membership (through my bank rather than with Better as I still can't log in). Was looking forward to using the gym, but will now look elsewhere. Also, the app is not fit for purpose - very buggy.

Non Attendance Query
Lorraine - Customer Service Advisor
Better Helpdesk helped me solve the problem I had. I explained that I did attend a class but I clicked in half an hour before the class started. Lorraine mentioned there could have been a glitch at the help desk that is why the card did not register. This was correct as I did ask the help desk the last time I went in. So now I double check to make sure I am signed in. I have had no other problems and I am enjoying the classes

Expand induction to include all facilities
Could have done with a full tour of the facilities, I wasn't sure where I was going, where changing rooms were, showers etc on my first visit to use the pool. Also to explain set up /rules for the swim for fitness sessions. I also then would have been prepared for unisex changing rooms as wasn't told this so thought I'd walked into the wrong room. Gym induction with Simon was excellent - very thorough and patient showing me the equipment.

Our customers would need to request this directly with a staff member as many customers already know the layout of the facilities, however your feedback is appreciated.
