Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear about your recent visits to Rainbow Leisure Centre and that they did not meet your expectations — especially when visiting with your young child.

We sincerely apologise for the condition of the teaching pool and changing areas. Your comments regarding cleanliness and water temperature are concerning, and we take them very seriously. We are currently addressing the boiler issue, and additional cleaning measures are being implemented to ensure our facilities meet the highest hygiene standards.

We also hope that both you and your daughter are feeling better soon. While we can’t confirm the cause of illness, your feedback has been shared with our management and health & safety teams for further investigation.

Your experience is not reflective of the standards we aim to uphold, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.
