The changing rooms could be a lot cleaner, perhaps someone working in the area to keep the floor clean. The same applies to the showers no one seems to remove the hairs that accumulate around the trap it does not look good. I like to pool and Aqua classes.

Soft play
Visited the soft play with my 4 year old nephew, friendly welcome on reception and a lovely lady cleaning everywhere as people were coming and going
Which was nice to see! Will definately be revisiting the centre

Great experience
Love my classes, always makes me feel liked I’ve worked out. If you don’t want to push yourself you don’t have too. The members are all friendly. The staff at reception are helpful & greet you with a smile.

Epsom Rainbow: Unclean, broken equipment, inconvenient layout
I spent £15 on a day pass because that gets you in to the jacuzzi. I wanted to go to the gym, then for a swim and a steam/sauna/jacuzzi. So I left my stuff in the swimming lockers that take a £1 coin, went back upstairs to the gym - large and functional but one of the abductor machines was broken and everything is very old. Then I went for a swim so back downstairs to leave my gym clothes in the locker by the pool. After my swim, I had to take everything out of my locker, and carry it all, wearing just my swimsuit and a towel, up the stairs, through the gym, and go to the changing rooms that I needed a padlock for - which I didn't have - to access the spa suite. Then I had to find the tiny scrap of paper the key code had been written on. The jacuzzi was broken. Steam and Sauna tiny - only room for 2 people. The shower was warm but grubby. The swimming costume drier was broken. All of the hairdryers were broken. So disappointing. The only reasonably priced pool and gym near my home / work and it's awful.

Disappointing changes not advised of as a new member
When I came down to discuss joining I chose the better health monthly off peak as I will be coming down out side of rush hour, the membership states all facilities
When I attended for the first time I was advised that the off peak does not include the spa! Which was disappointing as I was not made aware of this, I then enquired about changing the membership to include the Spa this would cost £55 which is a big increase but in addition the spa is now only open during peak hours ( not when I can come) and you have to book in advance
I will try for the month I have paid and if it’s not working will cancel as the old Gym I used was also £35 per month which included unrestricted use of the spa

Please be aware that the Spa is different from the Healthsuite (steam/sauna) and you are required to hold a membership which includes the Spa to get access to the facilities in that area of the leisure centre. The membership you purchased online shows the activities included via the membership information so customers are aware of what is included and can make the right selection for the activities they wish to access. If you wish to upgrade your membership to include access to the Spa, please email our Customer Service Team for assistance.

Do not use the pool it is disgusting
Do not use the pool it is disgusting, twice my son has fallen ill after we have been to the pool. Spoke to a few Mums who have said their children have also fallen ill after using the pool. Vulnerable, disabled people use your pools, what a disgrace.

We are sorry to hear that your son has recently fallen ill. Our staff regulary conduct pool tests throughout the day to ensure the pools are clean and have the correct chemicals in to ensure the pools are safe for all our customers.

Water aerobics..The classes are great…
Water aerobics..The classes are great fun..I've been going on Mondays and Fridays and absolutely love it..My only criticisms would be the toilets in the ladies shower area..There are only two and it would seem one of those is ofter out of order...Also the coffee area for members is lacking in choice ( I wasn't expecting the RAC amenities) but decaf coffee would be a good idea as well as normal coffee.

Refund
I visited Epsom with my very eager grandson during the Summer 24 hols and our swim was cancelled. I was informed I would be refunded. As this did not appear in my bank account I spoke to David at Better he advised that the payment was refunded to my Better account. I asked for the refund to go to my bank account as I was a visitor to the area. I was refunded within a few days.

Have been very impressed with the cleanliness, staff and class availability so far. My only improvement would be getting the toilets in the ladies gym fixed.

The staff was so welcoming and very clear about the support they will provide. They reassured me and my daughters and even had a staff allocated to her the entire session which was such a privilege. She already feels so much more confident and said that she loved her session and is looking forward to the next one.

Just joined to help lose weight
Just joined to help lose weight, using the gym and pool. Love the app as need to book to use the pool. Not always a pool session that I want to go to (I like going to the gym, then using the pool). Much cleaner pool than I remember from 10 years ago.
