Ordered a gold bolt ring to repair my wife's necklace - ordered on Friday, received on Saturday, necklace fixed and many brownie points received :)

Found what I wanted ordered on the day and delivered and signed for the next day first class service and a great price compared to other sellers.

Excellent. Purchased a ring clip which turned out to be the wrong size. My own fault! I measured incorrectly. Returned to Betts and they exchanged it without any fuss whatsoever.

I have never used Betts before but placed my order with them because the cost of the tools I needed was very competitive. I ordered a GRS xl micro block vice. Betts kept me informed and delivered the unit in good time. Unfortunately on checking parts two small pins were missing. Obviously not packed by the manufacture correctly. Contacted Betts who immediately took pins from another unit and posted to me by special delivery after I had a phone call from a member of staff apologising for the pin mistake. I was treated extremely well and the service was superb. Certainly buy more tools and supplies from this company again. Excellent all round.

Cooksons are a lower grade that dosnt pickle properly and leaves a heavy blackness when soldering
Cooksons pickle is pants as well
Since I changed to Betts I have had no problems
They send me my materials in a timely manner and are friendly to talk to
