I always use Betts for my silver

I always use Betts for my silver
Cooksons are a lower grade that dosnt pickle properly and leaves a heavy blackness when soldering
Cooksons pickle is pants as well
Since I changed to Betts I have had no problems
They send me my materials in a timely manner and are friendly to talk to

Although part of my order arrived

Although part of my order arrived, following contact with Betts they were apologetic that an item was out of stock, and super helpful in getting me a replacement tool very quickly. I had both e-mail and a phone call from them. Looking forward to dealing with them again.

Excellent service

Excellent service, I have bought a couple of items now and price and service has been great, haven’t looked through entire catalog as only bought gold clasps so far, but they were the best price I could find for what I wanted, will use again

Quick and easy ordering


Quick and easy ordering process using Betts website. Needed the items fast so paid for special delivery postage, items with me the next day.

Items all as expected, and packaged well.

Will be using again, and may even migrate to them from my usual supplier
