Inaccurate shipping.

I wish there was free shipping below the current threshold. Even a threshold of $1500 or $2000 woudl be better. Otherwise great service

I ALWAYS check at least 4-5 different bullion trading sites before I make a purchase. BGASC has lowest prices about 90% of the time. To top that off they also ship promptly and free and
quickly after your payment clears. I have additionally had occasion to talk with customer service and they are super friendly and knowledgeable. I've had 5 transactions so far and all good.

My order was easy to execute on the BSGC website, once I decided upon what I wanted to order. The website clearly shows what is and is not currently in inventory, so if you're looking for a particular item, you will not have to put it into your shopping cart, only to learn that it is on backorder, 8 clicks later. Communication by e-mail was accurate and not excessive. I received items faster than the 5-7 days posted.
