I ordered, as their description say, "Unopened Mint Tubes of 20 2023 1oz American Silver Eagle Bullion Coins" This is reiterated three times on the website - UNOPENED MINT TUBES", but received two tubes that had been opened and the lids had been replaced and taped on with packing tape. I emailed my concerns. After three days of no response I went to their live chat option which only results in an email to them and no live chat agents. After a couple more days of no response I sent an email threatening to go to the BBB - I received an email within a few hours.

The first response from them said they do not send their tubes unsealed as they use them to provide individual coins to their customers. I replied back highlighting all the areas on their website that says they do sell mint unsealed tubes. They then responded that the Mint started using new tape in 2021 that rips easily in transit and they never get any tubes that are sealed. I reminded them that one of the tubes I received had been opened and the lid was turned 90 degrees leaving the ripped seals on the sides that don't even line up with the seal on the top. They also contradicted their first excuse by saying tubes are moved directly from their mint sealed monster boxes directly to their shipping queue. This would suggest they ALL rip while packed nicely in a monster box.

Due to the delay in response, I was also past the option to return the purchase and the price of silver had gone up a few dollars resulting in any competitive options for me to buy somewhere else to be compromised. They offered $30 off my next purchase as a consultation.

For me, this was a very large expense and I am very disappointed at the lack of response, the flagrant excuses placing the blame on me the buyer for not understanding, and then on the US Mint for their lack of quality tape rather than owning their misrepresentation of what other reputable dealers are able to sell and deliver on.

I ordered 4 BU Morgan dollars from them as a test order. All 4 Morgans were 1900 p. I get that they're may be some the same but all of them, come on. Glad it happened now though and not a big order. I buy hundreds per year and have been looking for more/new places to buy, unfortunately this won't be the place. All 4 have been recently dipped, one with a dried fingerprint where is was handled bare handed before it dried and I'm fairly certain one of the was cleaned improper.
Good packaging, decent shipping times.

I ordered 10 peace dollars advertised as VG-XF and what I got was some of the worst culls I have ever seen. I have bought silver from this company for years and they were always very good until just recently. I understand the company is under new management. If this is the future for them, I will never trust them again.

Placed order mailed check they said they didn’t receive check signed up for e-check they said they received the payment sent me product then get email saying I owed them the money checked my account they didn’t take out money I paid them in good faith cost me $35.00 to stop check next order said payment received then email order canceled for none payment called them didn’t want to help but charged me $27.00 market loss spent hours on phone and at bank trying to find out what was going on what bouillon company sends product with out payment unprofessional rude and didn’t care what they were putting me through there are plenty of other company with more selection and same prices

I ordered 1 oz Rand Gold Bar and Received an empty box.Signed for box unaware it had nothing in it.Told that’s to bad,their liability ends with signature.Perfect Crime

I bought a 10oz British Royal Arms Coin (BU) it arrived with a blemish scratch on the Queens forehead and what appears to be lint or dirt around the edges of the coin inside the capsule im not going to attempt to separate and try to clean in fear of breaking capsule.I also bought a 2oz Tudor Beast coin and ordered the wrong capsule so they say but never the less they are out of them so I have to order from a different source.I will stick with SD b-JM b-or Hero bullion quality control is better

Nice looking gold 1/4 oz Maple Leaf. The only reason I don’t buy as often from here as others is, you have to add $10 to the purchase for shipping and handling. Often have found coins for cheaper elsewhere. All others are $199 and above free. BGASC is over $5,000!

I got what i ordered and was sent out fast. You have a lot to choose fromand your site easy to use. The only thing not happy to pay state tax other companies dont charge tax on coins. Not your fault Connecticut not a very good state for taxes.

Price was great the product came packaged well. Only thing I would like to say is that the guy who I talked to when asking about the delivery of my product was very rude and said if I keep talking he would hang up on me which I was just explaining to him what I saw that the product was showing stuck in the same city for several days. Other then talking with that fellow who answered having a great day did not leave me in a great mood.
