Low premiums, quick ship, good communication

BGASC is good at keeping me informed of deals so that I can save for the future. They have prompt shipping and their products are very good.

Order was delivered quickly. When I called about questions the person was very polite and understanding.

Your company is good but don’t use The US postal service! They lied and said they we signed for our silver/gold when all they did was put it in the mailbox and left the mailbox door open!

Very happy with this company. Very coordinated from the order desk, to accounts receivable, to pullers and shipping. They even reached out to me to strategize a safe and smooth delivery of my order. That's a damn good personal touch hardly seen anymore.

Good pricing. What I am most happy about is the packaging my items were sent in. I get everything sent to a storage unit because someone can sign at all times. Package did not say "Bullion Order" Or Gold/Silver order" or even BGASC (a quick google search would give away what's in the package).
The packaging was so discrete, my storage unit thought it was some kind of hardware item. Well done BGASC! Also, delivery was very fast, and I liked the notifications and updates sent via email. I had to call customer service to change payment method, and the agent that answered was very friendly and helpful. A+

I do wish that you would accept check payments as low as $100 (instead of the $300 you require)
