trying to return and cannot get a return address.

On Sept 14 i ordered 5 diamond art pieces buy 4 get one free on my debit card for 43.03 and I have not received them at all and no answer

I placed and order on Aug 6th and have heard nothing from them. I opened a case with Paypal. Big any deals responded with please close the case with paypal you will recieve your order shortly. I trusted them. o have heard nothing since.

I received that pen that is supposed to fill up then you can place your dots were they belong with out going back and forth, well I received mine, and the end that those dots are supposed to come out of, are to small nothing comes out. I am very disappointed, I have been waiting for that pen so I can finish my picture, and my friend wants one and I told her not to order anything till I fined out what happened

There was a mix up with my order. I contacted them and they were on top of it. I love their quick response!!!!

Very quick response from customer service. She said she would make it right. And she did. Of course it took awhile sure to shipping. I was grateful she followed through. Unfortunately her name was not on the correspondence, but if I have a problem again, I definitely would want her to solve the issue.

I absolutely love all my diamond paintings that I ordered. I got a few as gifts for Christmas. Just placed another order and am excited to get it!

I do ALOT of diamond paintings and only buy from BigAnyDeals. Their selections and pricing are the best. Items do ship internationally, but still arrive quickly. I can't really speak as to their customer service as I have never had to use it.

my order came with some missing items. Contacted the selling team and they are replacing my missing rhinestones......very easy to work with this vendor

I accidentally placed my order twice, they noticed it and contacted me to get it straightened out instead of shipping the same thing twice.

I always get an answer to my problems whenever I come in here & usually get my order within a couple of days after you look into my issue for me. Thank you. I am very happy with the quality of product I get from you & the price. I have been having a few problems with receiving my products in a timely manner. Sometimes it seems like my order gets lost in limbo till I send you all a message. But it usually gets taken care of pretty quick after that.

Everytime I have asked for help they have been very helpful and very nice with my texts. Always answering my questions.

service impecable , très bonne expérience et les articles sont conforme a la description.

Ended up having a couple diamond paintings being sold out. They got in touch with me the very next day. There was a little bit of a price difference but they covered it for me. Overall they were very helpful and would definitely recommend.

Customer service is great. I got a kit that had parts missing and after contacting the company a whole new kit arrived yesterday. I’m very happy with this company and have ordered many times.

I am very happy with the effort this company put in to complete my order, thank you very much, it’s much appreciated , I will be dealing with you many more times in the future , well done ,, wry happy customer

I have made purchases from Biganydeals many times and they have always provided excellent service. If there is ever an error on my part, they are quick to catch it and notify me. Great company!

Great service. Seemed to be taking a while to come so I contacted them then the product arrived the following day.
They did look into it for me

La compagnie est à son affaire pour que le client soit heureux. Il y avait deux (2) articles de discontinués, on m'a envoyé deux belles toiles de leur choix dans mes goûts. Merci!

I had a broken tabletop painting and they solved the issue to my safisfaction once they got my complaint.
