I visited Big Motoring World to test drive my dream car. I was handled with so professionally by the whole team. A big special thank you to Kamal who was very patient with me in choosing my Finance options . Kamal explained everything very thoroughly and ensured that I understood every step. Another big shoutout to Jade who helped me to sort out my Road Tax and insurance to drive home in my new car. The team was amazing!

Really good Service. Purchased a car from the Chatham branch. All very slick. Car is great. Had a very small issue with a sensor after a couple of weeks. Logged this on the app and Charlotte & Poppy sorted this for me under the warranty. They were both super helpful indeed. Would definitely use again.

This is specifically about Big Motoring World - Blue Bell Hill

Went to buy a car for the wife, drove 2.5 hours to go see it and test drive it.

We were looking to part exchange old car.

Old car valued at £4.5k on their website, we buy any car and pretty much every company we looked at, or very close.

After test driving car, we were shown all the extras we could buy, such as warranties and scuff cover.

Once this was done, we were finally asked to do finance application and they would value part ex.

Sales rep went away to get quotes.

Came back with part ex value of £2.5k, claiming lots of damage to car, and that anywhere else would give us a low offer too.

Also came back with a sheet of paper showing all the monthly figures including all the add ons, despite us not saying we wanted any.

We told them our monthly budget, and it was all significantly over.

Sales rep did nothing to try and make it work for us.

Very poor service all round, felt like they just wanted to sell us scammy ad ons, appallingly low ball part exchange and did nothing to keep us as a customer despite long drive to see car.

I would like to point out here, Arnold Clark gave us £4.4k for the part exchange, and did absolutely everything to make sure we got the car we wanted for our budget. The Sales rep even came in on his day off when we collected it to make sure everything was smooth for us.

Never use big motoring company, they are terrible.

I felt the dealer who handled my enquiry was very helpful, friendly and wasn’t forceful with my decision making, he provided all the information I needed to make the best informal decision that suited me well. The only very minor disappointment was that the same dealer who was responsible for my enquiry, took on another client and in the end I was taken over by somebody else when I was the first customer that arrived and this lead to an inability for me to drive away with the car that day.

Worst car buying experience ever. Salesman did not listen to what our requirements were instead telling us what they thought was best. They were very judgemental and wanted to control the whole interaction. The test drive was particularly unpleasant where he tried to tell me (a qualified mechanical engineer) that I was wrong about a particular fault. Needless to say we did not buy and won't be back.

They are just selling car i had audi a6 2021 after 8 hours screen complete getting dark over months still they're do nothing

I purchased a Tesla together with a three-year maintenance warranty.

Recently, I wanted to arrange an inspection and repair. However, your customer service team instructed me to have the vehicle inspected by a local garage and provide an inspection report.

The problem is that Tesla vehicles can only be inspected and repaired by Tesla workshops, and other garages are generally unable to provide the required diagnostic and repair services. However, your insurance company does not accept the report format issued by Tesla workshops and has not provided any alternative solution.

I paid £1,700 for this insurance policy, but in practice the policy is not usable for a Tesla vehicle. As a Tesla owner, I am unable to comply with the inspection requirements, which means I cannot effectively make use of the cover that I have paid for.

I recently purchased a car from Big Motoring World. Overall, the car itself is in very good condition and I’m happy with the vehicle. However, I was disappointed to discover that a relatively modern 5-year-old performance car had been fitted with very cheap, low-quality tyres. On a car with this level of performance, I would expect reputable tyres that match the vehicle’s capabilities and provide proper safety and handling.

What concerned me even more was that three of the tyres are run-flat tyres, while one is not. Having mismatched tyre types on the same vehicle is something I would not expect from a large dealership, particularly on a performance car where consistency, handling, and safety are important.

I also found customer service responses to be quite slow when I raised my concerns, which made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

The car itself is good and was presented in nice condition, but the use of cheap tyres, the mismatch between run-flat and non-run-flat tyres, and the slow after-sales communication have unfortunately taken away from what could have been a much better buying experience.

I bought the car it had an engine management light on i reported it where I was given permission to get it sorted at my local garage ,
The garage has replaced the part and am just waiting for the reimbursement to come through.
My experience was faultless the team were all helpfull and friendly altogether a reassuring experience
