Billingham & Co were fantastic and in particular Jez Rhead made the whole process straight forward from start to finish. Jez made sure to follow up throughout the process and kept us in the loop with progress on the chain which was incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move house.

Paige has been a wonderful agent to work with getting my new apartment sorted. They're professional and good at their job, but also friendly, welcoming, and personable.

I didn't feel like I was working with a stuffy corporate entity, but a real person who treated me the same way. It helped me feel valued and appreciated as a prospective tenant.

The process of applying and moving was super quick and very easy! And now that I'm in I know that if I have any issues I'll be well taken care of.

Cannot recommend Billingham & Co enough... I swapped estate agents after 6 months of frustration. Billingham's sold it within 2 weeks and sold it £5000 above asking price. Big shout out to Natalie who did the viewings and made things happen. Thank you very much

willing to help and advise. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for property transactions.

Honestly I didn't have to deal with these guys much. Phil Swingler (who was very pleasent) came to my place to do the valuation and that valuation was very much the same we got from other estate agents.

We then had 2 viewings and got an offer straight away.

Beyond that, we never really had to talk to them!

Their fees were the lowest amongst their competitors without having to resort to using Purplebricks - something like 1.2% vs 1.5%-2% we were being quoted by others.

We'd definitely use again if we hadn't now moved out of the area!

Excellent service from Billinghams estate agents, Dudley. We had previously had a nightmare sales process with flaky buyers, flaky sellers, failed searches and estate agents who were lovely, but had taken on far too much work in the area and simply couldn’t maintain communication channels, leading to more delays, buyer drop outs and solicitor expenses. We decided to have a break from the whole process and have a 2 year breather. We then changed agents and after reading reviews, watching the market, and chatting to friends and colleagues, engaged Billinghams estate agents Dudley to value our house.

We absolutely made the right decision. Phil gave a clear, fair and honest appraisal of the house value after carefully listening to our feedback, and also had an insightful and experienced knowledge of the local area.

Beware, other estate agents will hook you in, overprice your house, leading to eventual reductions which can smack of desperation. We have kept a close eye on the market in our 2 sabbatical years out, and know very well which agents overprice - you can clearly see that these houses are obviously not worth the value, the owners are not realistic, with the end result that they languish on the market until they are reduced more than once and eventually sell at the price they should have been valued at in the first place. Not so Phil and the team.

Tyre kickers and time wasters were carefully weeded out (well done !) and we sold within a fortnight and were very happy with what we sold for too. A bit more than we were expecting, and we sold to first time buyers for a 4 bed detached !

Very professional agency. Jez was brilliant, really helpful. He went above and beyond, helping with everything to do with the sale, even things that weren't within his remit!!!

Jez and his team took over where others had failed. From the get go they provided us with updates and viewpoints from perspective buyers. They were honest in their approach as to where our pricing should be and achieve a sensible value. In the end it all came together. Now in our new home.

Paige has been the most efficient, professional and friendly person we’ve ever dealt with regarding moving house. She kept us updated, was patient over glitches incurred by Goodlord and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Recently sold my late relative's home. Communication from Billingham team was consistent, straightforward and helpful. All the team knew details of the property. I was offered choices about issues such as house clearance and gas/boiler servicing. I was kept in the loop and up to date regarding client visits, client feedback and any issues. A really good job by all of the team.

Natalie very helpful with the whole process and helped be the middle man between both solicitors when communication was lacking. Went out of her way to get support and would recommend.

I live next door to one of there rentals , his houses are disgusting no maintenance will ever get done AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!! It’s been the same for the last 20+ years

Can't fault Billingham &Co they went out of their way to help with the both the viewing and buying process, Gemma was very helpful when nearing completion by chasing solicitors and even in some cases doing their job for them will definitely use in the future

Tried another estate agent first, nothing in 6 months. Moved to billinghams, sold in 2 weeks !! Excellent communication and no nonsense. Definitely use again 😃
