I was selling a house on behalf of the church so many issues relating to Charity Law. However, the team at Billinghams were patient and understanding and helpful in every way. It took eight months for completion to take place!

Really excellent service from the company, especially Natalie and jez rhead from the dudley branch .Thanks to both of you for the great service and support that given to us .Iam new here ,from my experience i received very good service and support from them .i have no words to express .They both were professional and honest in every way from start to finish and any time i can contact them .i really get best servicefrom the company..i can highly recommend them . Me and my family really thankful to both of you and whole team.

Purchased a 3 BEDROOM town house for my sister Gita in Dudley, DY1. Natalie was looking after the case and she is by far the BEST real estate agent we have come across. She was fantastic, very professional on what she does and always one step ahead of the game. She chased up everyone involved in the purchase regularly specially the solicitor and made sure that the transaction was smooth and complete on time. At times getting hold of the solicitor was very difficult but Natalie did an amazing job, she was always on the board and communicating effectively with solicitors making sure things are moving smoothly and fast. Overall super happy with Natalie's service and how dedicated & motivated she was to get the job done. She worked very passionately and at times we thought she was the Director of the company. Natalie and her team were excellent. My wife and I are first time buyers and Natalie and her team talked us through the various phases of buying a property even though they were working for the vendors - there actions however meant that the sale went through as smoothly as possible.

Really helpful through the whole process, was always on hand if I needed advice or guidance into securing the property I chose. Natalie especially was very helpful through out the whole process, and couldn’t be happier!

When the property was put on the market, Billingham was excellent but, as the process went on, we felt that the support decreased.

We had massive issues in our chain, which took over 10 months to complete.
Unfortunately we ended up in the perfect storm of Govt stamp duty reductions (so all parts of the supply chain were over over capacity), Covid working from home syndrome and incompetent solicitors.
Natalie from Billingham's however was the shinning light in the whole process. She kept us informed, chased constantly down the chain to try and get answers from very un co-operative solicitors, and even after our 4th failed completion date, continued to chase and push for us. Natalie was even calling in on her days off to try and keep the chain moving as there was a real risk of it falling through.
Natalie on her own deserves the 5* rating.

We have had a brilliant experience renting with Billingham&Co. The lady I dealt with, Natalie, was great. She helped with all our enquires, was very pleasant and polite and got us our dream home. It was a very easy process and she was very patient when I kept calling for updates. Thank you for our family home.
