Paket ist nach über einem Monat nie angekommen. Der Verkäufer hat auf keine einzige E-Mail reagiert. Ob ich das Geld zurück bekommen kann oder nicht klärt sich jetzt ert

Mixed opinions. Initially, it’s very good. Nice fit, binds well and it’s breathable. But it tears quickly.
I’ve bought two so far and the first one I wore for 3 years. It ripped quickly, but I sewed it back and it was very much still effective. Just needed some DIY.

As for shipping and packaging, don’t open it in front of non-supportive family or friends because it’s not discreet. It’s pretty much in your face. And you can only ship to home.

Other than the fact that it needs to be sewed and updated every now and then (over the 3 years of my last one, I altered it about 6 times), it’s nice. I wouldn’t say that’s great quality, but it’s cheap, so don't expect wonders. Good quality binders are expensive.

I bought another one because I’m not that desperate for a perfect binder that’ll be durable for years. My sewed one is still effective and I still wear it when my new one is dirty. A bit cheap, yeah, but it works. If you’re not too lazy, you can buy it, just expect to do DIY after a few months.

The quality is horrible, I own one of their tank top binders and right from the first use the seams started loosening and ripping and the binder became pretty much worthless, you have to be extremely cautious with it or else it will simply shred itself into pieces. It is now functioning more like a bra rather than a binder for me, and I can't afford another one, I used all of my savings on this trash. Before purchasing from them please look into possible alternatives for you so you don't waste money the way I did.

Die Binder sind von schlechter Qualität und Verarbeitungen und Binden nicht richtig.
Die Sport Binder sind richtig unangenehm und das an und ausziehen ist unpraktisch.
Aber war auch klar das man für den Preis auch nur über den Tisch gezogen werden kann x_x
Da kann ich Spectrum nur umso mehr empfehlen.

Vor 4 Wochen habe ich dort einen Binder bestellt, der auch angekommen ist. Leider war er zu klein, und ich musste ihn zurückschicken. Beim ersten Mal kam das Paket zurück, da Hermes angegeben hatte, die Adresse existiere nicht. Ich habe es ein zweites Mal mit DHL abgeschickt, aber auch die sind nicht in der Lage, auszuliefern. Das Paket liegt im Moment bei DHL. Ich habe jetzt auch PayPal eingeschaltet, damit ich mein Geld zurückbekomme. Die Kommunikation mit dem Händler ist schwierig; ich habe das Gefühl, dass es eine Masche ist. Nie wieder.

Ich habe zwei gleiche Binder bestellt, beide sind so schlecht genäht, dass schon nach der 2. (Hand-)wäsche überall die Fäden raushängen. Sind jetzt schon eigentlich zum wegwerfen. Ich kann zwar nähen, aber da der Stoff sehr elastisch ist, muss man dafür schon eher ein Profi sein...
Reklamieren ist vermutlich schwierig, da der Sitz der Firma in Polen ist, ich versuche es garnicht erst, schon genug geärgert über das rausgeworfene Geld.

Leider zog sich nach dem ersten Tragen an zwei Stellen schon ein Faden. Nach der Bitte um Reparatur oder Ausbesserung dauerte es über eine Woche, bis ich eine Antwort erhielt. Ich sollte die Ware zurück schicken, man würde sie reparieren. Es gingen noch einige Mails hin und her, weil ich die Kosten für die Rücksendung selber tragen sollte. Eine Erstattung sei in ihren Richtlinien nicht vorgesehen. Jedes Mal musste ich mindestens eine Woche auf Antwort warten. Auf meinen Hinweis hin, dass laut EU-Recht die Versandkosten nicht auf meinen Schultern landen dürfen kann jetzt seit 2 Wochen gar keine Antwort mehr. Der Versand nach Polen hätte mich 15€ gekostet .........

Niestety muszę podzielić się negatywną opinią na temat bindera, który kupiłam dla mojego dziecka. Po zaledwie dwóch dniach noszenia puścił boczny szew, co jest absolutnie nieakceptowalne biorąc pod uwagę wysoką cenę tego produktu. Jakość wykonania jest bardzo niska, a materiał wydaje się być mało wytrzymały.

Co gorsza, firma odmówiła pokrycia kosztów odesłania wadliwego produktu, co jest dodatkowym obciążeniem finansowym i dowodem na brak odpowiedzialności za swoje produkty. Zdecydowanie odradzam zakup produktów wszystkim przyszłym kupującym. Jest to strata pieniędzy i potencjalne zagrożenie dla komfortu użytkownika. Radzę poszukać alternatywy wśród bardziej renomowanych marek, które oferują produkty o sprawdzonej jakości.

Mam nadzieję, że moja opinia pomoże innym uniknąć rozczarowania i problemów związanych z użytkowaniem produktów tej firmy.

Unfortunately, I need to share a negative review about the binder I bought for my child. After just two days of wearing it, the side seam gave out, which is absolutely unacceptable given the high price of this product. The quality of workmanship is very low, and the material seems to be quite flimsy.

To make matters worse, the company refused to cover the cost of returning the damaged product, adding an additional financial burden and demonstrating a lack of accountability for their products. I strongly advise against purchasing this binder for future buyers. It is a waste of money and potentially hazardous to the comfort and health of the user. I recommend looking for alternatives from more reputable brands that offer products with proven quality.

I hope my review helps others avoid disappointment and issues related to using this binder.

BASICS: I'm not in a safe home so I had to be very discrete. I chose this shop due to price and the fact that it's in Europe (I live there so I saved a lot of shipping costs)
THE SHIPPING: You can only send it to your home adress, but it's not a discrete package. I was lucky I had supportive friends that allowed me to give their adress to the shipping service because otherwise I could have never bought from them. A shop that is specialized in making things for minorities that are in danger should know that. Lots of pride flyers everywhere, colorful as they can be. I had to smuggle them out piece by piece because I coudn't just put them in the trash.
THE FIT: First I was happy (ordered a short beige binder size M). But afther only a few months the threads openend and the binder got worn-out. I had to rearrange everything everytime I bent over or else I would risk tissue damage. Also after ordering binders from spectrum outfitters I realized that the binder was loose in the first place. The compression level is only a little bit over a good sports bra. But I was so desperate at that moment that I thought it was worth the stress because it at least gave a more linear body frame from the front perspective
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE: Of course I wrote them. They said I should send it back so they can fix it. Which would not be a problem if I wasn't supposed to pay the shipping costs. I basically had to pay for their badly made product. I told them that. They are ghosting me to this day.

CONCLUSION: Just buy somewhere else. Check out spectrum outfitters if you are from Europe. It's good, it's environmental friendly and the packaging is very discrete. Also their quality is good.

Mir wurde eine falsche Ware (aus Polen!!!!) zugeschickt. Das Unternehmen binderme.de hat es nicht für nötig gehalten, mir einen Retoureschein anzubieten. Nach langem hin und her habe ich die Ware dann auf eigene Kosten zurückgeschickt und dann ca. 3 Wochen auf mein Geld gewartet. ACHTUNG: Der Sitz der Firma ist in Polen, was man auf Anhieb nicht sieht!
