The team at Bindley Properties were very helpful during the purchase of our home in Teulada. Particularly Robert who made everything extremely simple and easy from initial purchase right through to after sales.
The manager even came with us to the Notary to ensure it all went through smoothly. I would definitely use Bindley Properties for future house moves, and thoroughly recommend them.

It took a long time to sell the villa but they stuck to the task even through the difficult covid 19 times.They are lovely people to deal with and would have no hesitation in using Bindley's again.

We worked with Bindley for over a year to sell our seafront apartment. While the market experienced ebbs and flows, Bindley pushed through giving us bi-weekly/monthly updates, showcasing the apartment with high-quality pictures and videos, and featuring the apartment to as many potential buyers as possible. While we didn't end up with the price we were hoping for, in retrospect we are grateful for their professionalism and efforts during a difficult time in Spain's real estate market.

Really , there is no one else apart from Bindley Properties to buy or sell your home in Moraira.
We bought from them and five years later we sold through them.
With living so far away from the property, they dealt with everything as if the property was theirs. It was a good relief to see that we did not have to deal with much.
The whole team are friendly , polite and professional in what they do.
Highly recommend.

We had such a positive experience buying a property through Bindleys that we used them again, this time for a house sale. We were not disappointed - the whole office dealt helpfully and professionally with what turned out to be (through no fault of theirs) quite a difficult transaction.
