This product will work if you take for 3 weeks

I received my product in reasonable time after I placed my order. I was surprised by the auto subscription and they shipped more products to me. I emailed the Customer Service and they replied ASAP. I was given a refund for the product they shipped and I did not place a new order for. I finally got to use the product for 3 weeks and I noticed a difference in my belly size and how I feel. I am pleased with the product.

..and again I received an email that I…

..and again I received an email that I have a subscription on it’s way. Although they confirmed me via mail that they cancelled all subscription. That is such a scam company!!

They’ll sting you with a reoccurring…

They’ll sting you with a reoccurring payment. I can’t prove this but I’m pretty sure for £26 I got 7 shots of apple juice. Ridiculous, annoyed I was so gullible. I ordered the one that helps liver health. A month later another payment comes out. Cancelled now but that £50 on apple juice shots. Don’t bother. See a real pharmacist

Illegal Transaction

I had cancelled my subscription with Biocal Labs on Dec 9, 2024. I was shocked when an alert just popped up from my bank today Feb 27, 2026 regarding a $74.00 charge for the product subscription I had cancelled years ago because of a recommendation from my doctor. I disputed the charge and sent the bank a screen shot of the subscription cancellation dated Dec 9, 2024 and the current user page showing that the subscription is INACTIVE. I am extremely disappointed with these guys and find them very suspicious after this experience.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Biocol Labs.

I placed my order on the 15th and received no confirmation or communication whatsoever. After hearing nothing, I emailed on the 18th to ask where my order was. Only after I chased did Amanda respond, informing me the product was actually out of stock and offering two options: cancel or wait.

On the 20th, I clearly replied asking to cancel my order.

I then received no response until the 21st - only to be told the item had shipped. My cancellation request was completely ignored.

This is unacceptable customer service. If a customer requests cancellation before dispatch, that request should be respected - not disregarded.

On top of that, after doing further research into the product, I could not find credible scientific evidence supporting the claims being made, which further reinforced my decision to cancel.

Overall, very poor communication, lack of transparency, and a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend.

I never signed up for autoship

I never signed up for autoship, and there is nothing in my account showing that I enrolled in or authorized recurring shipments. Despite this, they shipped product and charged my card without any email notification or way to cancel beforehand.

It took four emails to get a response, and they simply said they would “cancel autoship” going forward — without explaining how I was enrolled in the first place. When I asked where autoship appears in my account and how to manage it, they never answered.

They told me I could return it, but only at my own expense. Charging customers for unauthorized shipments and making them pay to fix it is unacceptable.

It just gets worse & worse

Order placed on February 4th. Acknowledged, but since then no updates. Zero response to my emails. I have now asked for a refund. We'll see.
Would not recommend.
Lousy service.

Update, they apologised for the delay & asked if I wanted to cancel & refund, I said yes.
So they ignored that & shipped.
Hopeless. Unprofessional.
They now ask if I'm happy with their response!
Please, avoid this outfit at all costs.

Nonsense company

Nonsense company. Took my order of over £200 worth of product. Then told me it was out of stock and they didn't have a date for restocking. Despite this, I receive twice daily promotional sales emails and see their adverts all over social media - they're literally chasing orders they can't fulfil. What a joke.

we are really sorry for the experience. We’re moving all UK stock to a larger ShipBob centre in Kettering, and the hand-over is taking much longer than planned, so Detox/Reset dispatches are paused even though the items are in the country.

Your order was fully refunded earlier this week and should land in 3–5 working days. The promos you saw were scheduled before the delay; shipping will restart any day now once the new hub is live.

I've tried some of the liver products…

I've tried some of the liver products as I have Fatty Liver… I'm T-Total and have never drank… but my liver bloodcounts have been bad for
A long time… I've not had a current blood test in a while but life has changed so much for the better since trying this product! I've been stuck on a weight plateau for a long time it didn't seem to matter what I tried I was stuck I'm actually not losing x my blood sugar is stabilising so many changes for the better x so worth the effort and money!

Scam

Har taget deres lever detox I over 2uger ingen resultater. Derudover kommer de i glas som er super træls at åbne og 7 ud af 10 gange ender du med glas i din drik. I like how the reply does not mention the lack of results on top of that I already finished the detox with no results so u don't need instructions for opening the pointless glass

Great product and really helpful…

Great product and really helpful company, when you email them for advice they take the time to respond and give support. I’m still newly on this journey to reduce my cholesterol. But so far, it’s going well!

I just received the product today and…

I just received the product today and everything was intact. I tried one and it tasted very nice. Not sure what some people were complaining about but the product seems pretty good. I guess I just need to wait for a while to see results and fingers crossed it works and reverses my issue.
