I took "Something to Detox for a Week"…

I took "Something to Detox for a Week" for 3 months, but I can't say that I felt a huge difference. That being said, I also did not get sick during our peak Flu season, so there could be something to that. My goal was to lower my cholesterol, feel better, and have more energy, so I will have to wait and see if my blood tests show any changes, but I can't say that I have personally experienced a noticeable change in energy or how I feel overall. That's not to say it won't work, as they do recommend taking it for 4 months, but I just felt like I should have felt some kind of change in 3 months. A lot of people have expressed bad opinions about canceling their subscriptions, but I didn't have any issues. I sent an email and received an immediate response with a link to my account and instructions on how to cancel. I then received an email confirming cancellation.

Do not get a subscription with this…

Do not get a subscription with this company! You will have problems cancelling it. Here's what they do: They have a button on their web site where you can cancel the order. You press the button and it takes you to a page advertising their product. You think you've cancelled the subscription. You don't get a confirmation email. It's not cancelled. What you need to do is scroll to the bottom of the page they redirected you to. I didn't realize this until the third time I cancelled. They ask you some questions about why you are cancelling. I filled them out. Finally they say if you really want to cancel to type CONFIRM in a text box. You type it in and the confirm button is still greyed out! I sent them a furious email telling them how deceptive this proctice was. A company that does this is not a company that deserves my business!!

I have subscription and forgot to…

I have subscription and forgot to extend the shipping as I still had some product. They were amazing and refunded my order and explained how I can monitor my orders from now on! great product and customer service responded quickly and resolved my issue!

Agent confirmed my order was cancelled…

Agent confirmed my order was cancelled and then without notification was charged . No option to cancel orders and subscription page is hidden

This company is disgusting they…

This company is disgusting they subscribed me without my say so and subsequently sent me products I didn’t order it’s a scam when I tried to send them back they said I would have to pay postage and they wanted it tracked it would cost me £16 to send them back which ment I would have paid even more to them terrible company need reporting 😡

My initial order went missing

My initial order went missing. I contacted the company via e mail. Immediately Amanda from their team replied and explained the situation and a replica order was sent. Obviously its a shame that the original order did not transpire, but I was impressed by Biocol’s speed and politeness in recovering the situation. Thanks, Neil.

Biocol Labs is great!

Biocol Labs customer support is amazing. My question was answered very quickly. In terms of the product I purchased based on the quiz I took, it is a little early to see results, but so far I’m beginning to feel healthier. I hope to see my slightly high cholesterol level decreased on my next blood work in 6 months. 🙏 I love drinking the content of an ampoule with water first thing in the morning. The flavor is very mild and my gut feels wonderful. Having found Biocol Labs is definitely a great thing.

BUYER BEWARE

I signed up for a subscription. I thought I would get reminded before the subscription dispatched so I could see if I needed it or if I should pause it. Instead I got an email that my order was getting prepared. In the policy it states that you can cancel an order as long as it’s within 12 hrs of it being created. I did send the email asking for a cancellation on that order and I did not get a reply back. I sent 2 more emails about it without any reply. I was trying to figure out if I wanted to continue the subscription as I do not think the product does anything for me, but I wanted to give it a full 30 days. No contact from the company, it’s very well advertised and I definitely fell for their scam. Deceiving and hard to find out real info. They hook you up with a nice discount to start with so you sign up, thinking you will be reminded about it. The 30 days money back guaranteed is also a a scam! I find it very insulting that none has reached out to try to help me and resolve my issue. I am gonna have to contact my credit card company for a charge back dispute!
So disappointed. If they would have let me cancel my order I probably would’ve stayed on.

Buyers beware!

You are not buying a single purchase, They are selling monthly subscriptions!! They sent me a renewal order which I never asked for!!! They just took my money out of my bank account without authorization! I never had a subscription, seems they scam people into unwanted subscriptions as I can see by the reviews!

After reviewing your order, we confirmed that the: Monthly-delivery option was selected at checkout, which automatically creates recurring orders and applies a subscription discount. That said, we fully understand that this may not have been your intention, and we regret that this was not clear enough at the time.

As soon as we were made aware, we canceled the renewal order and your subscription, and a full refund for the second charge has been processed to your original payment method. No further charges or shipments will be made.

No subscription reminder

I ordered the detox solution and started them late, so didn’t need my next order dispatching yet plus I wanted to see how I felt about them first.

Today I noticed my credit card had been charged for my next order, no reminder before it was dispatched. I’ve noticed a lot of subscription services are doing this and find it really sneaky and unhelpful. Yes I can manage my subscription online and pause/cancel (after clicking a million buttons), but ethical companies remind of forthcoming subscriptions being dispatched, and I value them even more for doing this.

I’ve now paused my subscription to decide whether I’ll continue or cancel.

Shady Website, can't cancel from site.

Act like you are signing up for a three month program, then keep charging you for months after. They have no cancellation process available on their site, in violation of FTC rules. The site sends you to pages where you are supposed to be able to cancel, but the functionality isn't there! Very shady. They did CANCEL my account when I emailed them. But because the site was so shady both in the purchase (3-months became 5-months and ongoing) and the lack of cancel features. Before they canceled my account I just deleted my presence from the SHOP APP, it was the only online way I could interrupt them from making a 3-month subscription be forever. Despite their claims below, their website DOES not provide a way to cancel, and they provide no explanation of how three month subscription became FOREVER. Biocol is a sketchy operation, buyer BEWARE!!!

They won't let me cancel my…

They won't let me cancel my subscription. Customer service ignored my request and told me I had to manage it. Can't find the current subscription in my account which makes it impossible. Asked for help they said No I have to manage and cancel from my end I’ve signed in numerous times I can find 3 previous one time orders but no subscription but I keep getting a delivery and monthly charge. Reached out again They won’t help!

This stuff works. My labs improved significantly with AST and ALT and other functions.

They will not cancel your subscription

They will not cancel your subscription. They have 0 customer service . Ive emailed several times and they keep charging me and sending products . Im over it.
