I attended Biograd for a test and was very impressed with the service I received. The staff were welcoming and extremely professional. I was informed about the procedure prior to the test and felt totally at ease in the Biograd premises. My results also arrived on time as advertised. Thank you to the staff at Biograd for your excellent service.

My Day 2 result I got back in 1 day. It is Day 12 and still no Day 8 results. I’ve emailed and called-no responses. I won’t trust or recommend them again.

Excellent service in regards to my covid test. Would use again.

DO NOT USE FOR COVID TESTING. I didn not receive my Test to release results.

I have complained to UKAS, the agency which accredits COVID testing providers, and suggest others may wish to do so as well, so that this provider can be removed from the approved government list.

Dreadful service
Booked onto their summer BioGrad Clinical Skills & Medical Research - 5 Day Course, but THEY(BioGrad) cancelled ALL their courses in August & now can't attend.
NO refund for course fees or pre-booked accommodation despite weeks of phone calls and emails.
Scamming school kids out of hundreds of ££££'s

I have never received my results for day 2 and day 8. I am now over my 10 days quarantine period in tears with a 7 month old baby and a child who hasn’t been to school for 3 months and was waiting his first day back tomorrow eagerly - and now I have to disappoint him that he can’t go to school because this useless company can not deliver the services we pay for. I will probably have to pay the school fine as well because of them. I have forwarded their details after talking to 119 and definitely not leaving it at that - will do everything to get my money back. Today is the last day I will wait patiently to get my results! AVOID at all costs!

Feels a bit like a scam! We have not received any results (have done 2 tests over 10 days). Every time we managed to get hold of them they would blame the Royal Mail or the lab and would promise to get back to us by the end of the day, but never did! And now they have just stopped taking any calls and answering emails! Not sure what else we can do!! Really disappointed!

I think this company is having some major problems running its business (mid-April 2021). In January I had some PCR tests done for travel reasons and the service was good. Coming back to the UK, I used Biograd for the 2 and 8 day service, together with several colleagues. Things have not gone well. 2 of 5 of us received our 2 day results, none of us have received our 8 day results. (It's now day 14). Chasing on the phone - if you can get through - the lady there told me that they are "very busy" and they haven't had time to get through all the testing needed. Well, if ever there is a business which is time-sensitive, it is the COVID-test results business. So, I'm afraid this is another company which probably means well, but which is not coping.

Used the day 2 & 8 postal covid test service. I received the test kits on time however have not received any results even though as per Royal mail tracking they received the samples back on time.

Have been calling there helpline sine 2 days however no one picks up the phone and they dont even reply to emails. Appalling service and not recommended at all!

I unfortunately have had nothing but trouble with BioGrad.

After booking my Day 2/Day 8 postal tests with them several days before my flight, I received a tracking number, however the package was never dispatched to Royal Mail (I had to call Royal Mail to confirm that all RM had received was a pre-dispatch notification, not the actual item), yet BioGrad claimed it was with RM. After a lot of hassle, they finally dispatched me the actual kit, which arrived on my Day 5 of isolation (more than 1 1/2 weeks after my initial order).

I'm now on my Day 8, and after ordering the Test to Release kit as well, despite the website CLEARLY stating results "guaranteed within 24 hours", I can see from the Royal Mail tracking number that although they received my test samples 50+ hours ago, I have still heard nothing and will now have to cancel a planned work trip. Of course, I still don't have my Day 2 results either.

Don't bother writing an email, as you will not get a response, and good luck trying to reach any of their team on any of their several phone numbers. Appalling service – they have clearly through economic greed taken on far too many tests than their infrastructure can handle.

The worst experience I ever had. Results didn't came on time, no communication at all, neither via phone or email. I paid for a day 5 test to release, I'm on my last day self isolation and still no response from them. So they took my lonely for no service at all.

Have experienced a really slow turnaround and more costly package with other testing providers. Biograd was much cheaper and got my results on time so will only be using them going forward and will be recommending to all my friends. Thank you!

Would highly recommend BioGrad for its efficiency and value after a really poor service from 001 doctors. I got my results when I expected and had peace of mind.

After booking a test with 001 Doctor and having to wait for ages for our results, we got fed up and went to Biograd instead.

They were so much more efficient and not to mention cheaper! We got our results on time too, so will definitely be using them again in the future.

Thank you for BioGrad! A stress-free, quick and simple process that had me and my partners test back on time after we waited ages from another provider, 001 Doctor. Wish we had gone straight to BioGrad, would have saved a lot of hassle (& money)! Not only was the service from Biograd excellent, but the results were also cheaper and faster! Highly recommend.

Initially booked a test through 001 doctor and waited a long time for results so then tried going straight to Biograd, it was much cheaper and got my results on time so will be using them directly going forward! Thank you!

I would never recommend this company to anyone ever, the amount of stress that they have caused us right from the beginning cannot be described into words!

The staff is very unreliable, always promise that they call you back with the results and they never do! We will be on day 10 of isolation tomorrow and they still haven't got our results for day two! We have called numerous times and begged for our results and all we get back from them is "you will get them by the end of today". I have a toddler that keeps asking why can't he go out, I have a wife that is crying on a daily basis due to the stress caused by this rubbish company and service and I need to go to work on Friday, but I don't have the result yet. Who's going to pay for the extra days for staying at home? Who's going to pay for our bills, mortgage and daily expenses if we cannot go to work???? We paid nearly £400 for a service that was not provided!

If anyone knows how to report them to a higher authority institute for their licence to be revoked, please let us know. It is not acceptable for them to keep ripping off customers and cause so much un-needed STRESS!!!!!!

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!
I purchased a day2-day 8 PCR kit from them and apart from being delivered late I am on Day 9 and still do not have the result for Day 2!!!
The staff is absolutely useless, a bunch of liars who always say that they call you back and they never do it!! They keeps passing on the problem from one to another and find all sorts of excuses for not having the results!
If you do want to live the stress that me and my family are experiencing please do not purchase a test from these people!!!!

I needed a Fit to Fly and negative PCR test to get on my flight to Asia. When I called up to make an appointment, I specifically asked if I would receive both of these documents. I was told yes.

When I arrived at Liverpool, I again asked the reception staff if I would receive both a Fit to Fly Certificate and a PCR Certificate, I was again informed that I would, and was told that the results from Biograd would be all that I needed to board my flight.

The next day I arrive at Manchester airport, Biograd results in hand, only to be rejected entry onto my flight as the results from BioGrad did not include a Fit To Fly certificate.

Whilst I realise the onus is on me to arrive at the airport with the correct documents, BioGrad staff need to be aware that a Fit To Fly certificate and a Covid PCR test are two different things. They should not have told me - on two separate occasions - that I would receive these documents.

With that said, the results were delivered within 12 hours, which is why I'm not giving a 1* rating.
