Website stated item in stock but was not, no email to advise that item would be delayed for delivery as it has to come from manufacturer. Very poor service. After one week had to chase to find out what was happening.

Ordered 'in stock' spares on line, paid in full, nothing received after three weeks.
Phone not answered, voice mailbox full, chat system not in use.

Advertised products as in stock. Purchased the product I required. Found out 3 days later that the items weren't actually in stock and had to be ordered from Italy, with a 5 week wait.
Apologies and refund came next .
Still shows in stock for everything I ordered

First of all still waiting for a part ordered in November, from Myriad
secondly when trying to phone it nearly impossible to speak to anyone no one answers the phone

The item I ordered took longer to arrive than expected, so an update would have been useful. Even so, the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful and my item arrived soon after speaking to them.

Website said 'In stock', 'Delivery in 1-4 days'. After 4 days, still no sign of despatch, never mind delivery.
Phoned to be told it was out of stock, and would 'chase suppliers and call you this afternoon'. After 24 hours, still no phone call. Called back to request an update. After 2 hours, still no update, so cancelled order and requested refund. Still awaiting refund.
In meantime have already received part from alternative supplier

2 weeks after ordering an igniter I sent a message enquiring where it was. I then received it 2 days later.
