A very long time to receive the products

I chose Biotivia because it shipped from UE, so the delivery was, in the past, very fast and with no custom problems.
Npw Biotivia ships from wherever is suitable for them, most often from the USA. My last order took more than 2 months, almost 3, to be delivered. The package was stuckat the custom and I had to pay a surplus of almost 100 euros.
With these conditions, I am not going to use Biotivia anymore.
