my old bed was useless without the proper inserts. Found them on this website and order process was simple. Unfortunately, the items did not arrive probably due to a carrier failure. I notified Bishops and they promptly sent a replacement set which arrived safely and quickly. Well done Bishops!

Wide range of quality beds & bedding at competitive prices, with free, punctual delivery. What's not to like?

Purchased as a replacement for items that had broken, weren't a particularly good fit.....

Straight forward ordering.
We live in the Midlands so a fair distance from them but no problems with the delivery to us.

Special delivery arrangements worked perfectly. Product is well made and good value. We purchased 100mm pocket mattress which makes a comfortable occasional bed - this arrived separately but was not a problem. Overall excellent service, and we have reordered.

Excellent quick service. I ordered a small number of cut-to-size sprung bed slats that arrived on time. They fitted perfectly and were of good quality.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Aweful experience. Ordered my bed in January of this year. As of writing in October it has been delayed again.

They stated in their email "oh we had the beds delivered just not the size that you ordered". What a joke. No proof offered, no offer of compensation for what is fast approaching a year delayed delivery.

Needed some new bed slats and was having too much trouble trying to figure out measurements and such so decided to pop in to Bishops after spotting they did slats on their website. Took one of the old ones in and we were in and out with the slats we needed, including end pieces all in less than 30 minutes! And for cheaper than some of the other options we explored online! Wonderful experience in general, and a lovely, kind, and helpful employee!

Terrible service.
I got the mattress on time but after sleeping in it for a few night started having back pain, I contacted the company they will do nothing to help, consumer affairs say that you have the right to 14 days to return items, I m now being forced to take them to small claims as no one will help and I spent a fortune on a mattress I can’t sleep on
