Bizzo casino is refusing to send withdraw.
After contacting them they told me that the withdraw was granted and then the money ended up in my casino account again. After contacting revolute I have received a full cash out where it is clearly showed they never tried to deposit any money in my account.
Furthermore I have made screenshots of all the conversations that costumer support agnet had lied constantly avoiding a response.
I did a little bit of a search and found out where they are registered and field a formal complaint with national authorities and provided them with all the evidence.
We will se how this plays out, as well we have asked them to provide us with proof of payment which they can't beacuse the money was never sent out.

I have been awaiting for a withdrawal I requesred in Canadian funds for the past seven days. The institution is questioning a deposit i made two weeks prior to my winning, and their response appears insincere and driven by policy. Zero customer service
Despite my multiple inquiries and the provision of various proof formats, of my deposited - my request remains unresolved.
I have deposited funds exceeding the amount currently being withheld and wanting to withdrawl.
I am conconcerned reporting procedures - as I reached out to the complaints email x2 and have yet to receive a reply and I'm wondering whether legal action can be taken if the payout is not made. they voiced they’re trying to avoid fraud, but how do I confirm that fraud hasn’t happened against me!

Yes I agree security is priority- yet I've sent 61 screenshots and 9 have been approved - for the one specific required verification (on March 27/26) - to prove (a deposite on March 14/2026 at 2017hrs) - a $50 Canadian dollar deposit that was applied by my virtual Koho card - yet you continue to withhold my funds of $2500.
I truly think I'm a victim of fraud- I've attempted to withdraw winning since Feb 01/2026 without success- but the first time I hear I have to confirm or verify was 8 weeks later!
You take deposits in seconds and never release when it's your time to pay! Thank you for stealing all my banking info and Identification and still say without feedback- we need verification- our policy says we can do what we want when we want because you agreed when opening an account.
If you have no intent of ever paying out- or your site is fraudulent - then say so- I can cut the losses- but if you are as legitimate as you say you are but never assist your clients- I call bullshit- do better

It is a scam casino, don’t waste your money , I won 2000 euro after I lost more than 400 euro and they confiscated because I bet more than 5 euros .
Firstly I won the initial amount with 4 euro bet.
Secondly nobody warned me about that even though they claim that I was warned multiple times about the restriction and continued to take my money when I was losing,
Thirdly the confiscated the 2000 euro and left 100 euro while I deposit more than 400euro.

I want to share my experience with Bizzo Casino so other players can be aware.
I originally had an account on the platform where I experienced a withdrawal problem. I tried contacting support, but my emails were not successful and I received no response for about two weeks.
Since I could not resolve the issue and received no support, I created a new account and continued playing.
During gameplay I won approximately 230,000 AUD. However, when I requested a withdrawal, the casino claimed that I had a “duplicate account” and refused to pay the majority of my winnings.
They only paid 15,000 AUD and confiscated the rest of the balance.
I understand casinos have rules about multiple accounts, but in my case the second account was created because my original account had unresolved withdrawal issues and no support response.
I am currently trying to resolve this situation through official complaint channels. I recommend that players be very careful and read the terms regarding multiple accounts before playing.
I hope the casino reviews this case and resolves I have all the evidence
